Hi I just won on coincasino.com and I hit a big win. I have not yet tried to withdraw because now that I’ve won I’m cautious about their reviews and legitimacy. After winning I immediately reached out to support and asked what do I need to do in order to proceed with the KYC and the withdrawal. I also saved the screenshots of this conversation. Please advise me how should I move to make sure I get my winnings paid out. I’m going to also screenshot all my transaction history. I have not played after I won and intend to do so until I get some guarantees. Can you please advise me on how exactly I should approach this?

That’s exactly what I started working on immediately after my winning bonus round. I texted support (They were really nice) and asked for all the necessary verification documents and that I’m willing to comply to the protocol. Hello and happy new year everyone.

On 2nd January i hit a BIG win on coincasino.com. ( Major jackpot )

I deposited ONLY cryptocurrency. I asked for partial BTC withdrawal, i completed the KYC succesfully ( not sure whether needed ). I have repeatedly contacted the online chat and asked for the timeframe of the withdrawal , no clear answers. Sent a couple of emails that were not answered.

Crypto transactions were supposed to be instant and in rare cases can take up to 24 hours ( as advertized from the casino ). Its is now 4 days and the partial withdrawal is still pending.

Shall i file a complaint or is it more wize to wait a little bit more?
