I’ve happily played at the casino rewards group for a number of years. When I moved to Guernsey it was only Cosmo Casino from this brand that I could play at, which I did happily until 3-4 weeks ago when suddenly I was being redirected to Luxury casino when I tried to access.I contacted customer support and they said my account has been locked and I needed to contact risk management which I did on 23/10 and have had no response. Anyone know what’s going on with Cosmo or has a similar experience?

I closed Cosmo casino after many years of loyalty yesterday , after being downgraded after my depositing stopped because my deposits weren't showing the slightest chance of a WIN . I was so far down that they even

deleted my transaction history in order to hide it . They knew I had deposited so much that I would keep coming back to try and win some back , but no way .

They also didnt even Honor the free spins offered and ignored the emails to activate them .

Amazing how greed takes over . So please be warned they not what they seem to be .

They expire when not activated . They are time limited , date given when they expire , so the host has to activate them so you can deposit to load them for use . Tell your colleagues to honor their promises , otherwise no more future support .

I mean, if you're able to prove that you asked for the free spins just in time, but the casino failed to activate them, you should get some form of compensation.

Compensation ? I lost 40 free spins on thunderstruck lightning valued for a day only because I was working and 2 times the 25 spins on immortal creatures because of lack of willing to activate them by cosmo . The deposits I placed wernt paying anything so they degraded me to the lowest setting in order for me to deposit more. So I lost interest and felt cheated . So loyalty didnt really count even being so far down . Account is closed to their happiness . I lost and it spoilt my will on playing .

I mean, if you don't want to play casino games anymore, I wouldn't see it as a bad thing. It's sometimes better to take a break, especially when playing the casino games isn't fun more you anymore.

But you should've received the free spins from the casino, that's for sure.

You should've got the free spins. You almost quite got scammed. You should get a refund by either digital money or thru cryptocurrency.

Im not going to beg these people for anything , if they cannot see that to keep people that are loyal and invest with them is important , then they wont last long . Loyalty rewards with them doesnt count . I recon small screen casino websites are all run under the same people , because they do exactly the same thing .
