  • My documents were verified by HooYu over a week ago. Despite this CryptoLoko still says it is pending.


  • I had an active no deposit bonus and the rollover requirements were met. It now says it can be withdrawable.


  • On October 25th, support said they would get back to me in 72 hours. It is now November 4th and I have received nothing from them. I just resent an email for the 3rd time.


Anyone from CryptoLoko who can help me with this?

Hi, I'm sorry for the situation you got into and I moved your post under the casino in question. 

As for the withdrawal, it's been pending for over a week now, yes ? I see that you played with the bonus but you say that everything was fulfilled, so there shouldn't be a problem there. Also the casino gave you a reason why your withdrawal is still pending ? We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal process, so if nothing changes and the casino doesn't reply to your emails, I would recommend filing a complaint with us. 

I will wait for a reply.

Yes after support told me I needed to verify my documents and I fulfilled that, I have received no communication in about 2 weeks now. This is despite multiple emails. How can I file a complaint? Does the below make any sense to you?


When I click on Pending in the screenshot below it wants me to verify with HooYu again for some reason.

According to the first screenshot I understand that you still have to go through the verification and complete the documents they ask you for and on the second screenshot I see that the documents have been processed, does that mean that you have passed the verification successfully ? I think it could be visible in the account that your account is fully verified. Anyway, It may be necessary to do additional verification, but it's certainly not right if the casino hasn't responded for 2 weeks.

As far as complaint is concerned, it is possible to file it here on this link where you describe the situation and our team will try to help you. Will you go for it then ?

Definitely not the fastest paying anymore! Use to be my favorite casino. If other casinos can payout within 24 hours or quicker they could also if they wanted to. So disappointed.

Anyone else having delays I. Withdrawals from Cryptoloko? I put in a withdrawl request on 11/16/23. Still nothing . I only played with this casino because they boast about speedy withdrawals. The first withdrawl I made on 11/16/23 for 2000.00 has been paid and of course they instantly took their fees etc. max is 2500 per day but the coin draw express option limit is 2000.00 or I would have made one withdrawl.

Hello, the casino also said why it takes them almost a week ? I think the answer to your question about whether other players have a delay in withdrawals is clear. I've been looking at the complaints and a lot of them are about the delayed withdrawals, so you're one of many.
