I am a new user of Del oro and I was able to win 13k cad from my deposited 1700 cad but then came the verification drama. I asked what are the documents I need to upload and they said just my id and selfie. I asked specifically do I need to hold my id in selfe and rep said no. So I just uploaded my selfie and id. 2 days after I received a reply that I need to upload a selfie holding my id which i did and then they went on silence again. 2 days after they sent me elaborated email asking for all the information to ask where i heard about them, why i created the account, which payment method I use on other sites for entertainment etc. After 2 days they replied again that they will thoroughly check my account activity to see if I complied with terms and condition.


This is so frustrating to know that it is all intentional On TOP OF IT, I am asked to be active on gambling so that i remain on top of priority of verification else they will put me down in list. This is implying they want me to lose money. I would ask you never to put a single dollar if you want peace of mind.

Hi, it's frustrating when you have verification issues and the casino is giving you a hard time. I’d say that when it comes to verification, this isn’t unusual, and you need to give the casino some time to check everything.

What I don’t like, though, is that they told you to keep playing so you’d be a priority for them to resolve this further. I wouldn’t do that, for example.

We give casinos 14 days to process the withdrawal and complete the verification. If nothing happens, we can try to help you. But if I were you, I wouldn’t play.

Today is the 7th day and all I am hearing is there are many French players who joined casino so it is taking time to verify me. I am also told to keep on playing to remain prioritized. When I pushed them that it sounds unethical and scam, the representative said they are not forcing me to play but there is obviously a pressure build up to keep playing to be on the list else they will take even longer. The only thing is I am at 17k winnings at the moment. I am making sure I play small but I am very much concerned that they will hack my account as well like they did for other players before and deplete my winnings.

I am being taken for a ride just to get my account verified because I won about 10x of my deposit. I have been told lies and all the delay tactics are being in play so that you don't have to pay me. You are not an honest and ethical company to start with. I am struggling to get even 1 dollar out after depositing 1700 dollars

I probably wouldn't play. I wouldn't feel entirely comfortable with the risk of losing a significant amount. I'd wait until the verification is resolved, and then we'll see how things go from there.
