The RTP in the casino is just extremely low, it is hard to find a casino where games do not pay at all.
The support seems friendly, but is full of false promises, they promise you amazing bonuses, great cashback if you deposit. After you deposit, you get the bonus with huge wagering requirements and cashback is very low.
They only care about how much you loose and not how loyal you are to the casino.
Best to avoid this casino and look for a better one.

Also, they only stopped sending promotional emails after contacting them for like 7 times, super annoying.

I play at a lot of casinos and I'm never really surprised at how bad some casinos really are. I would look carefully at the users who provided all the excellent reviews here, most have no avatar and have only ever submitted 1 review.

This casinos payment provider is garbage and i have been unable to deposit by Mastercard or Neosurf, i get errors on both. I thought it was just a glitch on that particular day but 24 hours later the same issues.

They did credit me my neosurf credit, but so they should, their payment provider didn't process the payment and its still pending today.

If i want to play any of the good games you will need a VPN and you will play in a different currency because it doesn't let you play in your local currency on those occasions.

Online chat is terrible, they offered me no solution to the deposit issue, and i just went around in circles.

The gaming license has also expired on the website.

I know i say this often but find a better casino, this is a genuine review from a genuine player, not a fake or paid review.

I would not beleive one positive review about this casino.
