He estado comprobando si el casino se comunica con nosotros, pero he visto que las últimas quejas no han prosperado. Una se resolvió, pero el casino no respondió a las demás, lo cual me preocupa bastante.
Lo peor es que no te contestan en ningún momento y no sabes nada más.
Yo intentaría esperar un poco más, pero si no recibes noticias de nadie y no consigues dinero, definitivamente presenta una queja.

I've been looking if the casino is communicating with us but I've seen that the last few complaints have not been successful. There was one that was resolved but the casino didn't respond in the other ones, which is quite disturbing to me.
What's worse is that they don't write you back at all and you don't know anything further.
I would try to wait a little longer, but if you don't hear from anyone and you don't get any money, definitely file a complaint.
