Casinos that don't have a license basically don't confess to anyone. So even if you managed to report it somewhere, I doubt anything would be done about it. One person is a drop in the ocean, although I know that's probably not what you want to hear.

As for not responding to complaints, you're right, but if you open one and the same thing happens, the casino's safety index will be lowered again. So that's the only reason I would do it. 

Too bad, like you said, you didn't come in earlier and see what casino you were depositing into. 

Anyway, all the casino told you to do is wait and nothing else happens?

Well, now that you submitted your complaint here with our team, it will depend of its resolution. If it will be unresolved, as the casino really doesn't usually reply to complaints, they will get black points for it, and its safety index will go even lower.

This will surely help others to really think about playing there.

So, even if there is nowhere to report it, like this, you contribute to putting the casino on the low point.

Well, I hate to say I have not found anything positive to add here. At least my fingers are crossed for you!

I just wanted to add on to here, to provide some hope to others.


I requested a withdrawal from this site back in October 2024, only for £120(so slightly less than some of the comments here)

I finally received payment for this today, after several conversations with their support.

I had contacted live chat support multiple times since October and they kept reverting by saying they're experiencing high amounts of payouts etc and everything was delayed.


Eventually my withdrawal was automatically rejected last week with the balance added back to my account.


I requested the withdrawal again and complained in the live chat again. I told them that I had been waiting for 4 months and wanted the withdrawal expedited, they said they would raise it internally.


A couple of days later I received an email from support asking me to provide some KYC documents. I provided these and then received payment the following day.

Obviously wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them, but maybe some hope for others to eventually get their money out.

if you withdraw your balance at £100 per time you will get your money back I won £1000 and waited 10 weeks so i cancelled it and withdrew it £100 per time and I got it the next day
