I made a payment to Goldwin casino via skrill as I have many times before the payment was not loaded onto my account it has now been over 24 hours I have spoken directly to skrill and received a confirmation email that the money has been sent to that merchant but I keep getting the runaround from Goldwin saying they're waiting for a response from skrill and it's been escalated.. how long should this usually take to resolve?

Not sure about those outside of Australia, but the days of waiting on banks and companies to locate or verify payments went out the door years ago. Transfers and payments have been instant several years Payid(osko) should be mandatory everywhere. Instant transactions to phone, email or bank accounts, companies, and so on with instant invoices. No more excuses for long delays. Verifying a deposit should take less than a min. Not sure if it's only used over here. Withdrawls now days should also be instant.
