because after 50 days of waiting for the money you did nothing, I cancelled the payment and the money returned to the gorilla wins account and now I am collecting evidence of what kind of fraud there is and how they rob people and I would never get that money back because they robbed me, I have more screenshot how gorilla wins not pay roullete winnings or pay less. When you been when ther robbed me , now you have questions !!!!

It is logical that if nobody communicates with us from the casino, then obviously you will not be able to get help from our side. We have tried to do so, but to no avail. Also, the casino has a fake license so you don't have much to turn to except maybe lawyers and the like. I'm not sure if that would help either. We did everything we could. We are a mediator and have no coercive resources to force anyone to act. So although I am sorry, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do.
