because after 50 days of waiting for the money you did nothing, I cancelled the payment and the money returned to the gorilla wins account and now I am collecting evidence of what kind of fraud there is and how they rob people and I would never get that money back because they robbed me, I have more screenshot how gorilla wins not pay roullete winnings or pay less. When you been when ther robbed me , now you have questions !!!!

It is logical that if nobody communicates with us from the casino, then obviously you will not be able to get help from our side. We have tried to do so, but to no avail. Also, the casino has a fake license so you don't have much to turn to except maybe lawyers and the like. I'm not sure if that would help either. We did everything we could. We are a mediator and have no coercive resources to force anyone to act. So although I am sorry, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do.

I'm still waiting on a withdrawal for over £1700 that was requested on 25th May. Doubt I'll ever seen these winnings. Has anyone actually had a successful withdrawal from this site yet?

From reading this forum so far, I doubt there would be any point in logging a complaint simply for them to ignore you so you're then forced to class it as unresolved. I'd also recommend you adding that they operate under a fake licence at the top of the review rather than just saying not licensed in UK. I know it eventually states this as you scroll further down the page but it's probably the most important reason not to trust this casino.

Well, when the complaint goes unresolved, the safety index goes down, and it helps to bring them to the lowest point possible, you know. This way there is a better chance our users would avoid playing at this casino, actually.

Also, thank you for the suggestion, but I believe our designers know what they do. 🙂

According to player's unresolved complaint I would say he didn't get the money. 😕

With this safety index I'm more of the opinion that maybe only few players got the money if someone.

I saw you are waiting too, but to be honest I wouldn't have too much hope.

Nevertheless, I would take the step with the complaint as Romi said, the safety index will be even lower for this casino and maybe players will be more careful. 😕

So a quick update. I actually managed to successfully withdraw some small amount using my crypto wallet for a total of £1000 which was 3 lots of £175 and 1 amount of £475 however, this is when it completely stopped. Had a total of £8000 balance at one point and then any withdrawal after that failed. Got so sick of waiting that I eventually played to a zero balance and have now requested to close my account. So to conclude, if you try to withdraw some very small amounts using crypto, it may be a success. Any larger amounts, they will simply refuse to process. Better to avoid at all costs

I can't tell you how sorry I am that this really happened. Eventually it's probably lucky that you managed to collect at least a little bit, but definitely if they were sending you at least small amounts, I would have stuck with it and sent it in smaller amounts. 

That way the casino wins and gets what it wants.

At the very least you could have gone back and filed a complaint, if the casino hadn't resolved it they would have gotten black points and the safety index would have dropped even further.

I think it's good at least to keep other players away from the casino. 

Too bad, I hope you won't have this experience again.
