Quick update on my situation, they have stopped replied since the Casino guru complaint was unresolved. They have also blocked my ability to use live chat and have deleted ALL of my previous live chat conversations.

Oh, that's bad. Even though it is not shocking, it makes sense that you would be ignored if the casino chooses to disregard the complaint since you would be worried about it, asking through the chat.

To be honest, some casinos later reveal their true nature, so I am sorry to see this happening again. Of course, thank you for your efforts!

honestly its astonishing how they are allowed to do this without being jailed for many years, they are quite simply stealing money. is it not enough for them that the casino industry makes disgusting profits lool.

The issue goes beyond just not paying players (with complaints here alone totaling over $100K in stolen funds). They also engage in endless KYC harassment, making players waste excessive time with paid document translations, demanding months of additional documentation, and ultimately, when it's clear the player is legitimate, they resort to their final tactic: claiming they'll send a verification letter that never arrives. This kind of behavior is intolerable and criminal.

First of all I have to admit that I was stupid that didn't check reviews here before I deposited( even i did it every time). Same here, they didn't oay for 7-8 days already, fo not answer in live chat anymore even they are active but to not answer and do not read my messages. They stile 1785$, I see that also ni sense to write complaints as they di not answering also there. I just do not understand how they do that without any justice, is there in chance to make some complaint to police or whoever, as I see from posts here they are stealing for a months money and nothing happened, they just continue.

It pains me to see you as one of the victims of this so-called casino.... Well, unlicensed offshore casinos are almost invincible. There is no direct way to shut them up. 🙁 If the authorities are lucky enough to find the official owner and the way to contact him, which is a stand-alone epic task, it is just the beginning of the process. Sometimes, this is even classified as a form of cybercrime, as far as I saw, a concept that completely defies my comprehension. This casino has no license and no owner as LFG Gaming stopped operations according to the Chamber of Commerce in Curacao. Which makes it very hard for my legal case to proceed..


Really wished that I made deposits with my debit card so I would have been doing chargebacks to get my money back.

I don't understand your question. I sent this to Namecheap, which is the domain registrar. I suggest that everyone who has had problems with payments do the same. If the provider receives a significant number of complaints, they will be forced to take action.
