If they still need to do some KYC checks, then it basically isn't verified anymore. As I said, provide them anything they'll require and try to get your money first. They you can complain to the UKGC. If they say you sent everything they needed, but still won't pay you after 6 months, then I'd contact the UKGC.

It's just important to have an evidence proving that you provided anything the casino required so the casino can't claim that the reason why you've been waiting for so long is some missing document they requested from you. But if they confirm they have everything they need and still won't pay you, because they "need more time", then I'd contact the UKGC.

Yes, that's what I would say as well. If they say they don't need any other documents from you, then there's no reason to do more checks after 6 months.

They even don't want to replay to my complaint on forum

They replied to my email as per your advice.


To clarify, we noticed that a lot of the transfers incoming to your Lloyds current account came from ("My account"). Can you confirm if this is another account which you use and is under your control? If so, can you kindly provide the bank statements for this account for January, February and March so that we can fully trace the source of the funds used to gamble?

If I was in your position and as frustrating as it is I would send them an email with all the statements in pdf form again just to make sure there can be no mistake about anything being missing again.

I would do the same to be honest. Even though it was sent before, it doesn't mean they have it. Someone probably lost it.

You have breached own terms and conditions by holding onto withdrawals for an unreasonable time without reason.

I should be notified within reasonable time that you are not satisfied with my KYC check!
