Hey Thank you both for you quick respons I will submit a complaint. I was really pusseled that Ask Gambler did not submit my comlplaint? there are so many sajts that has an add and recommends player to play at Jupi casino . I still haven't heard back from Jupi and they refuse to give me an timeframe on when my account is verified with ID nr 2 besides my driver license.

I have no problems with any establishment carrying out checks etc. I understand the need to be sure. I know companies who let you upload stuff , and it's verified there and then and I also know companies who withdraw instantly within 10 mins of being verified.
