Hello Radka! I will identify the bonus for you but first i would like to inform everyone that i am unable to withdraw even the 50 euro's.


They require screenshot of a prepaid mastercard gift card i used last year which i have explained to them that it is a GIFT CARD for one time use only. it is not an ordinary bank card which i can withdraw money to!!!

I have uploaded: bank statement, bank card, a selfie of myself holding passport and a sheet of paper with the Koru casino name and date writen on it, full electricity bill! Still they are asking for the gift card for full verification of my account, i have explained to them both yesterday and today that this gift card is no longer in use and i don't have it.filefile

I won 29.24 euro's from these 90x freespins i bought for 450 RCP loyalty points, after winning over 100 euro's playing with the balance from these FS bought for RCP i contacted the agent and he informed me: the max win cap is at 10X the FS winnings 29.24 euro's.


Does it make sense with a 50 euro max win cap from 29.24 euro win even tho i had to wager over 1400 euros from it? It's not a free bonus but a (converted loyalty point bonus) 10X max win like the agent told me from this loyalty point bonus.


The bonus was wagered succesfully on Netent slots, play n go, bigtime gaming and B gaming, pragmatic play. With 1 euro max bet some slots 0.5 and 0.3 euro bet.


I have made several large deposits into this casino before and worked up these RCP points!

I wan't this Koru casino blacklisted for not paying out winnings and for giving out false information regarding bonuses!


I have been gambling for over 15 years and never come across anything near Koru casino! Never had problems withdrawing from any other online casino but this is player abuse and mistreatment at the highest level...


Just criminals and that is it.

Hello i have opened a new google account.


Koru casino is not paying out the 292.5€ win and being very rude on the chat i think i will just have to give this casino up because they'r criminals apparently.


I needed to let Karla know of this, i cannot reply in the complaint section from this new account so i will reply here but Koru casino is a big scam! All the evidence is there...
