Hi, this problem happens from time to time and I assume you have tried to explain to the casino that the deposit does not show up on your bank statement. What did they say? Did you try to find a reasonable way of talking to them to solve it somehow?

Well, if you are concerned, the casino has come up with a fake deposit history; I suggest you prove that. If it is okay with you, Jaro also recommended that you talk to the casino and clarify your issue about the different day the deposit showed up on your statement. Although I imagine it is unpleasant, experiences have shown that cooperation and patience are the best solutions.

I hope the other statements will resolve the matter, of course.

I would like to file a complaint against Lemon Casino.

I requested a withdrawal, but the casino refused to pay my winnings, claiming that I exceeded the maximum bet limit while playing with a bonus.

The problem is:

At no point during gameplay was I informed that I was breaking any rules.

The casino’s system allowed me to place bets above the supposed limit, so I had no way to avoid this alleged violation.

Only after I requested a withdrawal was I told about this restriction.

In my view, this is unfair practice, because maximum bet restrictions should be technically enforced or at least clearly indicated during play, not revealed afterwards after 10 hours.

I kindly ask for Casino Guru’s assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that Lemon Casino pays my legitimate winnings. I can provide game logs, account details, and correspondence if required.

Hi, I think this should be enforced in casinos, but it's still not standard practice, and very few casinos will prevent you from betting more than the allowed amount.

That's why you should always read the Terms and Conditions regarding bonuses.

How many times have you violated the maxbet?

When you play with a bonus, the casino does not monitor every player's gameplay, and these things are usually only discovered during withdrawal when the casino checks whether verification is necessary, whether the player played with a bonus, and so on.

But as I said, the player also has a responsibility to read the Terms, where they will definitely find out about this.

After careful review of my gameplay records, multiple instances of bets above the maximum allowed limit (e.g., 2.50 EUR, 3.00 EUR, 4.00 EUR, 5.00 EUR) were identified. but

No technical enforcement of the limit: During gameplay, the system allowed me to place bets exceeding the 2 EUR limit. At no point was I prevented from placing these higher bets.

Lack of active notification: I was not warned in real-time that I was exceeding the maximum bet, and the limitation was only mentioned after I attempted a withdrawal.

Responsibility for compliance: While the T&Cs state that players are responsible, it is unreasonable to enforce a rule that cannot be technically monitored or prevented by the system.

Considering these circumstances, I believe the withholding of my winnings constitutes an unfair practice. I kindly request that Lemon Casino reconsider my withdrawal and process my legitimate winnings.

If you know what the limit is, you shouldn't go over it, though. It is your responsibility and your money in play. Isn't it so?

Hmm, did you contact the casino, and did they give you any response regarding this whole situation? Did you also confirm with the payment provider you used to send the money that everything was in order on your end?
