I’m having the same experience with you , 9 days im waiting to get paid . My withdrawal is processed and their chat tells me that I need to wait to fix the problem they have with payments . I’m 2 years registered there with no problems . First time this problem and it seems concerning

The withdrawal is marked as "processed" on the platform, but as of today (June 19th, 2025), the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I contacted customer support several times, and the only response I received was that there is a "general issue with the payment system." Unfortunately, no clear explanation or estimated timeframe was provided.

My account is fully verified.

This is the first time I have encountered any issue with this casino.

The responses from support were generic and vague, which only adds to my frustration.


I have been patient, but I now consider this delay to be unacceptable. I am requesting your assistance in helping resolve this matter and ensuring that the payment is completed as soon as possible.

Hi, according to what we can see, they wrote something similar to another player. So it's quite possible that they really have some problems, I just don't understand how the withdrawals can be marked as successful. I find that confusing and when they say they sent the money and then they have a problem with the payment provider, I don't really know what you think.

Tengo una cuenta en Leon Casino desde hace varios años y nunca he tenido problemas para retirar dinero. Ayer retiré 10.000 € (4 veces 2.500 €) por transferencia bancaria y lo recibí todo en pocas horas.

Hoy intenté retirar el resto del saldo (13.000 €) y el método de transferencia bancaria ha desaparecido por completo del área de retiro. El soporte solo indica que está en mantenimiento sin límite de tiempo.


Los depósitos siguen estando disponibles con normalidad, incluso por Skrill, pero para retirar por Skrill me piden cambiar el email porque el de mi cuenta de Skrill es diferente al email registrado en el casino - aunque antes deposité por Skrill sin ningún problema.
