It means I was playing and my game stopped in between and I was thrown out of the site. I was then never allowed to login since then. They told me account is blocked and hence the money in the account also. I never got a chance to withdraw that money as account was blocked during my playing ..


And literally there has been no updates at all expect to wait wait wait till the review is on which has no time frame. And when u stress their support team that this causes stress they catch your words and then tell that your case will again be sending to safer gambling team as u are getting stress due to gambling. But they need to understand the stress is due to non receipt of payments and not gambling.


And like this review keeps on and on and on with no updates.
