I do not recommend using LuckyBlock Casino. My personal experience proves they are not a trustworthy platform.

I deposited funds, but when I tried to withdraw, they refused the withdrawal, claiming my documents were not valid for verification. I provided all possible documents:

Utility bills with my full name and address

Bank statements with my full name and address

Passport

All documents clearly show my identity and residence, but they still rejected everything without any valid reason. They also refused to offer alternative verification options.

I have video evidence of the entire conversation with their support. It is obvious they are blocking withdrawals intentionally, even of deposited funds — this is a clear scam.

It’s the first time I’ve seen a casino block users not only from withdrawing winnings but even from taking back their own deposits.

Stay away from LuckyBlock — protect your money.

Perhaps you should try to file a complaint here so our team can try to help out with this situation.

It is just that the safety index is pretty low, so I am not sure how cooperative they will be, you know.

hello, so i made a deposit on luckyblock and made a bet with 3000 usdt i won my bet and had 4400 usdt in my account, tries to withdraw my money then i could not do that because i needed to verfy my id. I did exactly that and got an email that it was successful then i needed to do an POA. I sent my POA, a bit later while i was playing some solts i got kicked out of my account. After trying to login again i got a massage that my account has been closed. I tried to contact luckyblock on email and all they said is that i violated terms and conditions. I aksed multiple times what terms i violated i got no answer. Please help

yes i have no access at all, i did withdraw but i was a long time ago i dont remember when.
