What a casino wants to avoid, if it's a good casino is to have complaints because it'll ruin its good reputation.


If you are waiting for more than 2 weeks, you should submit a complaint already here.


I waited more than a month to be paid, but as soon as I submitted complaint, I was contacted to be paid and I was paid the next days.

Hello,

I have created a complaint since 28/11. Nothing has changed. Still waiting and 2 weeks now i am getting almost the same answer from the casino. That it will be complete soon. But they are only words.

I just saw your complaint, the amount is big indeed. I understand your frustration, it must be stressful. I hope although you will get paid soon. I was paid 1300 euros after a month and a day. This is why I'm not playing on this casino anymore.

It's annoying to be honest. You deposit money and they get it in their bank account in the next few minutes. You want to withdraw something on your account and you wait 1+ month. I hope casino guru gives a lot of negative points in casino if they don't answer soon. It's bad for other players to get in a situation like this.

It's actually good that some players like us discuss it here so people will know how the casino operates even if they have a good mark.


Reading that several players wait for month to be paid is already giving a negative vision of the casino.

I haven't received any money yet. As you can see the complaint is unresolved. for 2+ weeks now on emails casino reply to me that they soon i will get paied. I told them until i get paied i will create a complaint on curacao department and i will write a review on every casino review site that there is. So no other player goes through this kind of situation.

Funny, last month I had the same issue, then they fixed it in 2 hours, after they sent me an email back . Now I have sent and received lot of emails and only promises. That first cashout was just 70€. Now it is 830€ and I can't get it .It says completed more than week now in status....

When it comes to high withdrawal they are delaying in case the player cancel the winnings and gamble it.

They just pay the small amounts. Mine withdrawal request are still in progress since 15/11. It's not even completed as yours. I suggest you to make a complaint to curacao also.

I really can't understant how this casino still operates. I like the fact that they paied faster some players that have been complaint later than me. 😀

That's good news! The fact that you made a complaint 5 days ago and you got paied today that shows that casino make discriminations. Did you get pay through skrill?
