I have made a withdraw of €5000,00 on 19-02-2023. I get the same text from them everytime I come in the chat… status is still "awaiting" please i have deposited €2000,00 and Won €10.000,00 i need this money to stay out of trouble… is there any chance im going to get it?

I've just submitted a complaint regarding this lot. They don't identify to banks/building societies as a casino when requesting or paying out funds. They are operating illegally and believed involved in money laundering. I have no hope of getting my money back. I had asked my bank, Santander, to block any gambling transactions but due to them not declaring to be or identifying as being a casino the bank tell me there's nothing they can do as they had no way of knowing they were not a casino. STAY AWAY, PLEASE

Hello there.

I checked the complaint to see what happened, and I feel that the Gamstop rules, or preferably the block, are only applicable to UK-licensed casinos. Well, this site is far away from being licensed in the UK.

So, as stated in the complaint:

"Since you have chosen a casino with a Curaçao license, it will be very difficult to resolve this case to your satisfaction."

I just hope all players would understand the point.

The way I see it now, you're more concerned about under which code the transactions to the casino are identified, right? Meaning, the deposits should be blocked if the casino was identified correctly as the casino, am I close?

I have heard of a similar issue in the past, but sadly it is not within our reach to solve it. It's such a shame you pick an unlicensed casino with such a terrible rating. 😒

This group (Magic Win) are completely ignoring my requests to close my account. I've sent the emails they requested but it's still open and when I speak to staff on live chat they just tell me they don't deal with closures. It's Ivy in the VIP department who does. She never answers.

Did you check what the Terms and Conditions say about closing an account? Sometimes, you have to reach the proper department by using the correct email, or so.

I'm sorry, dishonest casinos just do not play by the books. Vulnerable players are not safe in such places 🙁.

Everyone needs to start applying for a chargeback for their deposits to this company. They are illegally miscoding and when you check your bank statement it looks like you've been shopping online. So it's easy to apply for a chargeback. I emailed the merchants involved and got a response from them saying that I bought no purchases of them . As someone said they are unregistered. They have the rudest staff and tlyou won't ever get your winnings. So chargeback and what's more. Visa and Mastercard will fine these scammers 25 000 per transaction you disputed. So if your banking statement where you deposited to them does not reflect a gambling transaction you can do a chargeback by saying you don't recognise the transactions and you did not buy or recieve anything online. Takes about 2 months but you will win your case .


Only way to play these people at their own game and eventually they'll be shut down. The reason they miscode is to go undetected as most banks would suspect them as being bogus and they wouldn't get your deposits. So think about that people.

Honestly I just want my money back. And you know more importantly. I want visa to hit them hard with penalties and I know the rules. If they do not respond to visa , they automatically approve it. They have illegally miscoded so why would they respond that would mean that they would have to explain their reasons for defrauding customers and breaching visas rules.


It's not really so much about the money. I can live without it. It's the point about them making fools out of people and thinking they can get away with it. I've played in a lot of casinos and none so far are as corrupt and they don't even respond to you even if it is to spout a load of crap. But they will hopefully be taken down a peg or two.


Quite frankly gambling has wrecked my life and I am in therapy now and I think and I'm hoping this journey ends here with betting. I've been to hell and back in my personal life with all this . I realise its a disease and it needs treatment. But the likes of these companies don't care if you live or die as long as they're laughing all the way to the bank. I'm a nurse and in my line of work the dedication I have to put in and don't get me wrong. I truly believe it's a private be able to help people in their darkest hour. My only regret is that this disgusting world of betting took years from my life and has probably done unrepairable damage.


My advice would be like i said if they close your account or refuse to give your winnings. It's no different to someone who had ordered and paid for an item online thinking it was legit. I was never going to get any winnings so why wouldn't I try and I have told no lies to my bank. I've told them like I'm telling you . So fingers 🤞.
