Oh wow Mr.Bet. Asking for withdrawal Dec. 2wst 2024 I get upper cut by The verification process. Which is absolutely nonsense. I am a born and raised Canadian. I submitted the documents they requested :the payment methods, proof from my dashboard that I deposited, proof of address.

Now me, honest , abiding me, wanting to updated my address and phone number "apparently triggered a whatever" causing them to investigate me . 😳


Shell shocked, I kindly ask them if they are authority, airport.

They keep on denying and or requesting more documents that are absolutely not necessary. Proof of deposit? Can't they see it's the same way INTERAC e-transfer and they had to verify my bank statement.. it's Jan. 7th 2025 and I am still waiting . After 51 and plus sent pics, exchanges by email and chat, . I am giving them until 23h59 est, to release my 2k.

I am still awaiting MR.BET since December 21st 2024. And how I am not abandoning my 2000$ cdn. Will keep Casino Guru and FAM posted on the progress.

Got an email this morning stating from the finance security dept. that my withdrawal request has been approved to go and get my funds, but NOOOO the verification tab not updated and to piss me off even more, apparently my account is not verified yet. 😂 I am beyond annoyed.

I see a lot going on at once, but the end result is that it still has not moved forward. So if you need, as Radka suggested, feel free to contact our complaints team and they will try to help you. I don't want to put pressure on you to do this because the later you do it, the longer the whole process can take if you don't get it sorted out.😕

Uhm, I honestly do not know what to say. Beyond annoyed? I have many other expressions spinning in my head....

I imagine an optimist would say it has still been progress, and hopefully the casino will eventually push harder to fulfill the most important duty of any casino. The second part is definitely me again 🙂
