Oh thank you for the clarification. I would say it's not that much yet since we give casinos 14 days to resolve the process, but I'm worried because of its low safety index and the experience of the players which you can read in this thread as well. 

Have you tried to communicate with the casino about the withdrawal ? Do you have a verified casino account ?

As you have read in this casinos user reviews, the feedback is terrible 🙁, so I am not sure, if you get any positive answer from anyone you have asked about receiving their winnings. The best way is to look at the safety index on here and read the reviews. Secondary go on Trust pilot and read the reviews on there. Ignore the ones where people have just lost money that's gambling but focus on methods of deposit and reliaabilty of withdrawals

I think you have a pretty good approach to how you check the casino. Probably the most important thing is the experience of the players, so reviews and complaints are a good choice. I often recommend this as well. Of course the more sources the better.

So even though it took some time, I think it's good that you finally got the money. With casinos like this, I would probably think about something similar because there's obviously no other way to get the money.
