Very disapointed , i did a 400euros withdraw and its still pending after 15 days , the support is very poor only automated answers taking no responsibility , i havent get any clear answers about why the withdraw is pending and when is going to complete , the last 2 days they avoid me , probably i will not get my money back , i had no bonuses and no wagering requirments , they didnt ask about identification , probably i will file a complaint on their license provider

Hola, inicié un pago de 500 euros el 26 de marzo a las 22:06 y hoy es 4.4 y dice que hay retrasos y el tiempo de trabajo es de 3-5 días, también tengo soporte en vivo y correo electrónico.
