My first sentence may come off rude but after months of people expressing genuine concern it has been ignored, sorry if that's cruel but its the reality here.

Let me address your addressing of my addressing

  1. You have absolutely no reason to rate it a 8.9 based on anything seen in this discussion, online, etc. This is just a pop up pre made scam script casino with some botted trust pilot reviews, it seriously needs to be looked over. I can see how maybe some poorly made auto generate script would automatically rate it as this but a human should be able to discern a fake review from a real one. Every "settled" complaint coming from this casino is from someone with a gambling problem unable to withdraw before gambling it away and forgetting about the ticket.
  2. I almost think I believe you here but if that's the case your entire rating system is severely flawed.
  3. I understand that, and I am well aware you are not going to bend the rules for me here, just stating the obvious, I know its over for me and it would be great to file a complaint while its fresh on my mind to maybe prevent someone else from being scammed before another popup casino is made and given a rating of a 9.
  4. Not all sister casino's will be marked as sister casino's or be traceable in such a fashion, especially given there's no known owner of the sites.

I know my comments can be dead honest (sometimes coming off rude or unprofessional), but I would really respect if you were willing to re-review the rating you have given this site without 2 weeks of waiting. I do not want any more of your customers to be scammed in the mean time, I am happy to help point out all the problems with this site.

Just adding this before I go to bed, with low-regulation crypto casino's the general idea should be "guilty until proven innocent" rather then "innocent until proven guilty", there's no other way to look at it from the perspective of a online casino affiliate marketing / aggregator site, assuming there's any dedication to user safety. Was the ninbet casino reviewer aware of a single successful withdraw before they granted the high honor of a 8.9? I am certain they weren't, and that's a major problem.

They are now requesting KYC verification from me, which is technically fair, whatever, they are allowed to do that, however they are asking for large amounts of details that shouldn't be necessary and making up false information in an attempt to make me gamble more. Here's a Gyazo screenshot of their claims (embedding doesn't seem to work here.) https://gyazo.com/76ad8c09b8e325e3ad5e8bcf78fc5c35. This is not the case however, in the time since any VIP rewards have been claimed (whether given to me automatically or accidentally redeemed in the case of the "wheel rewards" they speak about), I have wagered $54,105. link to the video with proof of that for any future reference. But hey, maybe they just misunderstood or made a random accusation for no reason, that's fine every casino does that from time to time, at least from an unknowing support agent making assumptions based on the past.

However their KYC requirements are ridiculous and make me wary of even considering it. https://gyazo.com/10bbfbaf7cb96bd55b9ca77584cd5be0 Here's a screenshot, the requirements have jumped to what most casino's would consider "tier 4 verification", and they are also requesting a picture of the front and back of my bank card?? First off, never deposited with a card, second off, am I expected to trust this casino with literally all the information they could possibly need to steal my identity, after they sent me false accusations over email and scammed every other player on this discussion?

I am requesting some information from casino guru and potentially some help, what am I "supposed" to do here, do you want me to wait 15 days and complain that I did all the KYC besides giving them my card details, or can y'all reach out to them, or if you consider this completely absurd like me can you lower their rating? Thank you.

I'm receiving a surprisingly reasonable amount correspondence with the casino currently, they claim to be willing to offer to accept my withdraw without KYC (I didn't really request it, but possibly they are reading this chat), if I was willing to wager through 35940 USD, I am currently awaiting a response as to why the requirements are so high given this is based on a 12$ reward (as was stated previously I already went through $54105, putting this bonus at >7500x wager through), though if this was really the problem I could do it (just a question of whether or not that is the case).

Completely fair point that I cant say with certainty that no one has received a payout, though I can say with certainty that this casino places too much roadblocks for many players too handle. At the least its designed in a way to maximize profits at the expense of vulnerable players.

Hoping for the best.

Was told the wager requirement was as follows, You need to wager (1800+6+6)*30=54360$ in total. Your current progress is 18420$. We treat fairly to all of our customers.  Now what's fun about this message is that two of the sentences are complete lies. The obvious one being that they treat fairly all of their customers, where a player who receives a 12$ reward for a seemingly free bonus based on deposit amount will have to pay a 4530x rollover requirement (on an 1800$ deposit). The second one being that there's a 30x rollover requirement on both deposit and reward which was quoted, which is not available anywhere on the casinos website. Here you can see the 20x quote and here you can see the hidden terms of the wheel spin which you have to fight to see that say this is the correct place to look. Of course this is all hidden behind a "see more" panel so that players will miss it. Unfortunately for them I have yet to lose all of my money so this discussion will continue till they give in or casino guru lowers their status, they are yet to respond to my email from more than two days ago so I like to assume it was because they weren't feeling pressure over here. I am happy to keep going Ninbet, and I'm sorry to tell you but I am aware of the hidden "expiration date" that voids all my winnings in 30 days, so if required I will wager the required 20x by that deadline. "We consider the casino's T&Cs to be

fair" lol.

They just finished a complaint where a user complained that they could not self exclude, the casino did not respond and the casino guru staff member commented that the site is under a "fake-license" so they had no one else to complain to, how are they not on a blacklist for this fact alone? The casino still has a rating of 8.9

Can you show me where the casino has such a high rating? I see they have 4.9 which I wouldn't call that high at all. The safety index changes once a week, mostly on Wednesdays. This means that if last Thursday, as an example, would be the end of the complaint, it will be switched and players will see it on Wednesday. That might be the reason why you saw such a safety index.

If the casino goes the other way and doesn't respond, they will only be worse off.

This would be a new update and I appreciate this, when I posted the reply it was an 8.9.

I should add however that this took way too long based on user feedback and should have at least been updated immediately when the complaint ended. I know I'm very critical of how y'all handled this, but I'm the one who is never going to see the 3000$ this casino scammed out of me, so I will take that luxury.

I completely understand why you have such an opinion and would like it to be shown right away. I would be angry, sad if I lost my money like that. So I don't blame you at all.

But I described our processes that we follow, and the players have to understand that we also adhere to something.

If it is communicated the way I told you, I believe that we can find common ground and therefore the players will understand.🙂

Okay so I've been dealing with withdrawal problems as well but check this out. One and only one time I found a owte that showed exactly what documents they wanted and what format to put them in. Which all took work and weren't easy to upload or email. So hang in there.

It was like . Birth cert. Bank statement in jpg

Within 4 months.

Wish I had a link for you. Wish me luck as I'm not there yet either however I'm close!!

I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed for you and I believe you'll make it. Those documents you described are quite common for casinos. I don't know what formats they always ask for but pdf, jpg are probably the most common.

But do I understand correctly that you have been trying to withdraw money for so long or is that not the case?

Please let me know.

Based on the case above (the case with 3000 not paid by Ninbet) - I think Casino.Guru should be more conservative with their rating system. The rating 8.9 attracts many players when in fact what we have here is a rogue casino with a fake license.

The safety index is actually 4.9, so perhaps you made some mistake here? 🤔🤷‍♀️

So, at least, now we can see that all the complaining helped to bring their rating lower. Hopefully everyone will be alerted now.

I got check marks by all validation documents but no confirmation email. Was told to checkout in same currency I deposited but that's not an option file

It is very important to check those things before depositing, you know. It all should be written in the terms of the casino.

Please update us about the situation with your withdrawal. How is it going now?
