I would love to hear from any other players finding this site to have possibly the lowest RTP ever known. It reminds me of Deloro casino where you may have a decent round, make a withdrawal, and then never ever win anything again in the most statistically improbable fashion. Just curious.

I've consistently played a solid array of Pragmatic Play games, Thunderkick, and a couple of others. Pretty much the same games I play on other sites but with drastically different results. Even though I don't always win at other casinos there is at least the opportunity to play for a while, but not here. I put hundreds of dollars into Pink Elephants over the course of a month with bets ranging from minimum to $2 CAD and finally got my first bonus on a $2 bet that paid me $2 CAD and change and nothing since. That's one example of many. There should be an element of luck involved and winning should be random. That does also mean a person shouldn't always lose. The statistical probability of one casino paying back less than 10% ( I'm being generous here) on every provider seems...odd. That's why I'm wondering what other people have experienced.

I hear you, and honestly, I’m not here to talk you out of how it felt, of course.

When every spin feels dead and the few wins are insultingly low, it’s hard not to wonder if something deeper’s going on. You’re not the first to raise this kind of suspicion, and I respect that you’re putting it out there for others to compare notes.

That said, this kind of pattern is incredibly difficult to verify, at least as far as I can say. I get that this isn’t about lodging sort of a complaint, more like: "Is anyone else seeing what I’m seeing?" And that’s totally fair.

We are talking about a quite fresh and uproven casino so every opinion counts. 👍

Probably one of the worst support I ever saw, it’s been 1month I’m trying to reach them. You need to download telegram. Nobody gave me clear answers. You can even ban or delete your account. Terrible.

Can you please explain what you mean when you say that the casino does not respond or provides illogical answers? Did you update your self-exclusion request? If so, what was the response, please?

I have to say I was really enjoying this casino! I enjoyed the games, the verification was fast, deposits and withdrawals were quick, but this site has the worst customer service! They do not respond to the emails! I have been basically begging to have a self exclusion, or a temporary hold put on my account for over spending! I have been completely ignored now for almost 2 weeks! The only response I did get was, don’t close your account, just stop playing for a while! I have never seen such poorer customer service within any site I’ve played! This saddens me to write this, as I was really enjoying it!! But when you spend a lot, you should be at least acknowledged!

No!! There is nothing!! It was my mistake not to read further! I did see the self exclusion, and the 5 star rating on trust pilot!! I have no withdrawl on my account! That 5 star has got to be fradulent!! There has been little contact with them! Only at first! I have been over 2 almost 3 weeks trying to get a self exclusion, or even to close it! As they have personal information! They will not respond at either platform!! At first start there were payouts, which of course grabbed me in!! Since then, no communication! I feel so stupid!! And nervous now! This site should be checked into! They are misleading players with there 5 star ratings!!! I already went to trust pilot, and they are checking into it! I would like to know what I have gotten myself into!!
