I'd like to say that when the withdrawal is marked as sent - the money was sent, but the transfer itself can take up to 5 days in general. Sent does not mean that the money reached your bank, it means it left the sender's banking account.

I read your complaint briefly, well it would be good to create your own payment Skrill or Neteller account for depositing and withdrawing from the casino. I would consider that if I were you.
