Creo que el mero hecho de que a alguien se le permita ofrecer algo así es un fraude. Como no quería ver toda la basura, escribí al soporte y les pedí que eliminaran estas tonterías. Por supuesto, como siempre, el soporte no puede hacer nada al respecto. Quien lo hubiera pensado.
Entonces me comuniqué con soporte por correo electrónico con la misma solicitud.
Sin embargo, no hubo respuesta. Sin embargo, mi cuenta fue bloqueada o eliminada.
Es bueno que todos los pagos hayan sido confirmados.

Después de enviar otro correo electrónico al soporte y agradecerles por ganar y pagar el dinero, les dije qué monos eran y bloqueé mi cuenta, aunque gané y cortésmente les pregunté si tenían el dinero y no querían recuperarlo. la cuenta fue liberada nuevamente 2 minutos después. Inicié sesión nuevamente y verifiqué. Y, de hecho, todas las ofertas de bonificación han sido eliminadas de mi cuenta.
Entonces funciona. ¿Por qué no de manera amistosa? ¿Por qué primero hay que insultar a la gente antes de poder hacerlo?
Pero eso también me demostró una vez más que el soporte por chat mentía. Afirmó que no era posible eliminar algo así.
Bueno, el que piense que volvería a jugar aquí se equivoca. Cerré la cuenta nuevamente. Sólo que esta vez para siempre.
Si hubieran cumplido mis deseos de inmediato, habría seguido jugando en la tienda y también habría dejado una mejor reseña.
Pero con algo tan pequeño puedes arruinar todo el negocio.
Sigo pensando que el dinero que he ganado debería deducirse del salario de la persona que se negó a eliminar las ofertas de bonificación de mi cuenta.

After I sent another email to support and thanked them for winning and paying out the money and told them what monkeys they were and blocked my account, even though I won and politely asked if they had the money didn't want to have it back, the account was released again 2 minutes later. I logged in again and checked. And indeed, all bonus offers have been removed from my account.
So it works. Why not in a friendly way, why do you have to insult people first before it can be done?

Fast hätte ich das Casino mit "Gut" bewertet. Glücklicherweise hatte CasinoGuru noch paar Wartungsarbeiten. In dieser Zeit konnte mir das Casino gerade auch nochmal sein wahres Ich zeigen.
Ein- sowie Auszahlungen und auch KYC funktionieren einwandfrei. Allerdings auch da wieder das gleiche Spielchen wie immer. KYC nur erforderlich bei Auszahlungen. Da es hierbei allerdings über die App ID Now läuft möchte ich das mal lobend hervorheben. Hat also keine 5min gedauert, danach war die Verifizierung auch abgeschlossen.
Belastend finde ich allerdings und auch das wird hier auf CasinoGuru nicht erwähnt, obwohl sie die Casinos ja angeblich testen, dass es weitere Beschränkungen gibt. Maximal kann man nämlich innerhalb von 24h lediglich 2mal eine Auszahlung in Auftrag geben. Und ja ich meine in Auftrag geben. Alle weiteren werden mit der Begründung "Limit überschritten" abgelehnt.
Das ganze ist auch nicht auf den Tag beschränkt, sondern wirklich auf die Sekunde genau. Auch wird hier nicht erwähnt dass es ein Maximallimit pro Jahr gibt. 150000€. Mehr zahlt das Casino im Jahr nicht aus. Dumm nur wenn man mal wirklich einen Jackpot gewinnt.
Und das allerbeste kommt bekanntlich zum Schluss. Ich bin und werde auch nie ein Fan von Bonusangeboten sein die an unmögliche Bedingungen geknüpft sind. Alleine schon dass man sowas anbieten darf halte ich für Betrug. Da ich den ganzen Müll auch nicht sehen wollte habe ich den Support angeschrieben und ihn gebebten diesen Quatsch zu entfernen. Da Support natürlich mal wie immer nicht in der Lage dazu etwas zu machen. Wer hätte es gedacht.
Also habe ich den Support per Mail mit der gleichen Bitte kontaktiert.
Eine Antwort kam zwar nicht. Dafür wurde allerdings mein Account gesperrt, oder gelöscht.
Gut dass die Auszahlungen schon alle bestätigt wurden.

Nachdem ich dann nochmal eine Mail an den Support gesendet habe und mich für das Gewonnen und ausgezahlte Geld bedankt habe und ihnen mitgeteilt habe, was sie doch für Affen sind und meinen Account sperren, obwohl ich gewonnen habe und mal höflich nachgefragt habe ob sie das geld nicht wieder zurück haben möchten, wurde doch 2 minuten später der Account wieder freigegeben. Ich habe mich nochmal eingeloggt und nachgeschaut. Und tatsächlich, alle Bonusangebote wurden aus meinem Account entfernt.
Geht also doch. Wieso nicht auf die freundliche Art, wieso muss man vorher erst die Leute beleidigen damit das gemacht wird.
Aber auch das hat mir wieder mal gezeigt dass der Chat Support gelogen hat. Der hat nämlich behauptet dass es nicht möglich ist sowas zu entfernen.
Naja, wer nun glaubt dass ich hier nochmal spielen würde hat sich geirrt. Ich habe den Accont wieder geschlossen. Nur dieses mal für immer.
Hätten sie meine Wünsche gleich erfüllt, hätte ich in dem Laden weiter gezockt und auch eine bessere Bewertung hinterlassen.
Aber mit so einer Kleinigkeit kann man sich halt auch das ganze Geschäft kaputt machen.
Ich bin ja immer noch der Meinung dass man mein Gewonnenes Geld demjenigen vom Gehalt abziehen sollte, der sich geweigert hat mir die Bonusangebote aus dem Account zu entfernen.
