Hola, realspin me ofrecio un bono de binevenida de deportes, hoy deposite y cuando trato de apostar me sale error y me dice que puedo apostar 0 euros, contacte con atencion al cliente y me han dicho que me han limitado y que esto no se puede cambiar y entonces pedi que me devolvieran el dinero que deposite y me han dicho que no y me han sugerido que cancele el bono deportivo y que juegue 5 veces el dinero depositado en el casino, eso no lo veo correcto y si me dan un bono de deportes y me prohibe jugarlo lo suyo es que me devuelvan el dinero o si no es un fraude, podria recibir ayuda con esto?
A alguien mas le ha pasado esto? nunca jugue en este casino, como es posible que me limite? tendran algun motivo razonable para hacer esto y negarse a devolverme el dinero?

It's not very fair of the casino and I asked my colleagues about it and they said you can file a complaint. We'll see if we can sort something out but it definitely shouldn't be like this.

el problema no esta relacionado unicamente con apuestas deportivas, me dieron un bono de binevenida de apuestas deportivas y sin hacer ninguna apuesta me limitaron a apostar 0 euros en apuestas y ahora no me dejan retirar el dinero, me dicen que vaya a jugar el dinero en el casino, creo que tengo que explicarlo como a los ninos, tu vas a pedir una hambuerguesa, pagas por ella y despues de haber pagado te dicen que ya no te vende hambuergues y que compres pizza y que no te devulve el dinero si no compras 5 pizzas, eso esa un esfata, es chantaje y todo lo que quieras

You are welcome to submit the complaint request and describe that matter the best you can; however, if our specialists say the withdrawal problem is bound to sports betting—which seems very likely because the casino no longer wants you to bet on sports but rather suggests casino games—the complaint won't get too far.

puse una queja y me la rechazaron, no se trata de apuestas o de casino porque no he hecho ninguna apuesta ni en deportes ni en el casino en realspin, se trata del hecho que me han ofrecido una cosa y cuando deposito me impiden usar lo que me han ofrecido y ahora no me quieren devolver el dinero

me han ofrecido un bono y al depositar me han impedido jugar tanto el bono como el dinero que deposite y en este caso pido que me paguen lo depositado, es que me retienen el dinero que deposite y tampoco me dejan jugarlo ,yo lo con que pido ayuda es que me devulevan el dinero depositado, en cualquier negocio si te ofrecen algo malo te devuleven el dinero pero aqui no, aqui te retienen el dinero y parece que nadie quiere ayudar
