I’ve done what they asked and haven’t received my $ 400.00 I’m sick of it and them ! It’s been 4 damn weeks! The email customer service don’t respond ever , the "chat" don’t even work!! How are they still operating and taking ppls payments

Hey, what specifically does the casino want from you and what did you send them ? I suppose it could be some documents for verification, but I'd rather have you verify it. Didn't they tell you any reason why it's taking so long ? I ask because we give casinos 14 days to do all the necessary things around withdrawal and verification and since you have exceeded that time, I would recommend filing a complaint.

So it's only been ten days since I initiated my withdrawal for 780 dollars but I haven't been approved yet and I know they're then going to say your approved.... now wait 7 to 10 more days on a bitcoin withdrawal!? This is ridiculous and so frustrating!

Also, Financial department NEVER replies to any email

Is it the same situation as at the other casino as well? What is the reason for this, though?

It should really be faster, as you say.🤷‍♀️

September 8th and still haven't received my withdrawal. They said fast bitcoin withdrawal and you will receive you're withdrawal shortly! We'll no this is none of those. Also they have 3rd party online help that are rude and just send pre-written messages about policy that they hide until you want your money. Bitcoin withdrawal should NEVER take this long. Also they never reply to emails, I've sent five and never answered once. $730. They will never see a penny from me again and I advise my worst enemy to never play there!

If the casino can't tell you a relevant reason why you don't have your money and ignores you, then I would lodge a complaint because it doesn't seem normal to me. I think you've been waiting quite a lot and therefore you've been patient. 

So what do you think, are you going to go ahead and file a complaint?
