Hola, buenas días.


Cada vez que solicitaba una retirada , al poco tiempo la cancelaban y me decían en el chat que había sido un fallo técnico.

En cuanto al juego limpio, son casinos muy poco transparentes, cuando has ganado empiezan a poner problemas, pasan la cuenta a revisión y pasado un tiempo la cierran . Lee he pedido información de depósitos para la agencia Tributaria, he intentado llegar a acuerdos con ellos , mientras vas depositando todo es perfecto, cuando ganas , deja de contestar el manager VIP, dicen que ya contestará el departamento relevante...


Yo sólo quiero lo que me corresponde, les escribo casi a diario, porque estoy abierto a un acuerdo amistoso, pero no hay respuesta o se inventan cualquier excusa.

No creo que me podáis ayudar, se creen que están por encima de todo.


Aún estoy esperando de hace más de dos meses que me digan y me repongan el saldo de una mano que gané y no subió por un error técnico (adjunto fotografía) y así es todo.

Sinceramente estoy muy cansado de pelear contra Novaforge Ltd. Veo que la manera de operar es la misma y se creen que están por encima de todos. No temen ni a los clientes, ni a las autoridades ni a Casino Gurú y sus cientos de miles de seguidores, ellos mienten y mienten con su red de casinos.


En Spingaga no abrí cuenta , respecto a los problemas con Pistolo y demás , voy a esperar a ver si Kubo es capaz de que ellos acepten un acuerdo y después tomaré una decisión.


En privado te digo que yo soy Juez, si no logró solucionar nada, actuaré y trataré de bloquear el acceso desde España a todos los casinos Novaforge Ltd. Yo aún tengo esperanza en la capacidad de mediar que tiene Kubo y me pongo en sus manos.

I would suggest browsing user reviews and casino-related forum threads. At least this combination gives the Safety Index, which for example, does not include payment speed or anything related to uncommon "situations," a perfect additional source of information.
