Hopefully everything went well for you with your identification documents and you got your money. Unfortunately I had the worst outcome possible when I won $13000 AUD and after providing all necessary information and exactly what they required for proof of ID, I was denied 3 times, my winnings confiscated and account permanently blocked 🚫. $13000 gone and nothing I can do about it. Avoid getting treated like was and stay away from Syndicate Casino, take your money elsewhere and gamble with care people.

file$13000 I had won legitimately and after submitting all proof of ID information, was refused withdrawal. After repeated attempts to get paid by doing as required by Casino rules, my account was blocked permanently and my $13000 was confiscated. Absolutely worst experience ever and encourage everyone to avoid using Syndicate Casino at all cost. Just a scum criminal organisation with snakes scamming hard working people of their money.

My question to you is, why did you stop answering when you filed your complaint? Our team tried to help you in your situation but by not answering you made it impossible for them to do so. Have you not thought about the fact that if you have a way to support your opinion, you could reopen the complaint and try to resolve it? You won't give anything for it, and the only thing you'll have to sacrifice is your time.

I stopped responding because I knew my complaint was a waste of time and I was never going to see my winnings of $13000 no matter what I did. I gave them all the documents they requested and provided them with proof of ID and they still took my money. Blocked my account and refused to reply to my emails. How can I do anything when I'm on the other side of the world and just one person ?

I don't know, that's why I asked you why you didn't go ahead with the complaint. What I can think of is that there might have been some problem with the documents and that's why the whole situation occurred. 

But that's just my guess and our team would have contacted the casino if we had found out or were on your side and asked them what was going on.

This way we can only guess what's behind it. 

It's a shame.
