Was that from a no deposit bonus ? pretty sure they cap your winnings to $100 anyway.

hace 8 meses

Yeah but after a wage they never change it tho the $100 that's what they say to me after I wage it will go to the $100

Honestly best stay away from this casino. I won 17k there off a deposit bonus. They wanted to pay me out at $200 a week. Thanks to Casino Guru I managed to get that raised to 1k a week after a complaint. Took about 6 months to get my winnings. Not worth the hassle when there are so many better places to play out there.

Hey there!

To me, it also sounds like an issue we used to call "mixed funds". It's a situation when a player might feel like the bonus has ended, but from the casino's point of view, bonus terms still apply.

Usually, players have to withdraw the funds once the wagering has been completed, otherwise, those bonus limits are still active as the bonus itself.

Honestly, to me, it does not feel natural. Hence, it is crucial to cover such a situation strictly in terms, at least, so no one gets into trouble unknowingly.

Based on your complaint, though, I feel the real problem lies in the registration details, specifically in the country of residence, or should I say, lies in the lack of technical restrictions on the casino's side....

Let's hope the Complaint Team will get to the bottom and help you out. 🤞

If you don't mind, I'd like to point out the reply or quote button. Both are specially designed to inform the person you replied to, and as a result, a response has much better chance of making it here faster. 😉

Thanks for considering using both.

I can understand the issue here and I would like to give you a little advice, if I may. As for your current situation, that, as you said, you are Canadian but currently in Costa Rica, it would be better to ask the customer support of a casino in which you would like to play, if it is ok and not against their rules. You should avoid any future issues this way. Also keep the emails, or even make some screenshots of the conversation, to have it as a proof, in case you will ever need it. I hope our complaint team will be able to help you out, please keep us updated.🤞🙏

Hello.

Usually, when registering in casinos, you are expected to input your home address and nationality. So, if you're enjoying vacation, you still have to provide your Canadian address; otherwise, you won't pass the KYC procedure later on. Frankly, some casinos allow you to register only per email address, counting your current IP address as a nationality indicator. Well, this is a very unwise approach, if you ask me.

Still, Romi made a good point. Your current location is only one of the problems when it comes to country restrictions 🙁.

Always consult with support. 🙏

I did put my address my Canadian address.

That's great. I'm really glad to hear that. Sadly, you registered from a restricted country. So now it's crucial to understand how exactly this casino enforces restrictions during registration. 🤔

I bet this would be the course of action regarding the complaint procedure.

I have recently played this casino and had a decent win.

However the casino lowed my $2500 withdraw to only $700 and reversed the rest into my account. I complained about this as the lower amount causes more fees for me per withdraw.

Their response is in the terms and condition's they MAY lower the withdraw amount. They then lowered my withdraw even more and now only paying 20% of the withdraw requested .

its Typical for a casino to hold onto your funds as long as possible so that the player is more likely to play again and lose which is understandable as its a business, but what this casino does is criminal saying they lower it for the safety of the player while only increasing fees for the player.

I can see that the maximum withdrawal per week is $2500, so I do not understand the reason for lowering the amount. Is it really stated in their terms? Would it be possible to send us a screenshot of this term, perhaps? I am sure our data team will like to have a look at it.

So I've won $200 on this site and need to make my verification deposit of $30, which I am hesitant to do, due to all the negativity surrounding this casino. Also, they have the seal for Curacao Licensing displayed at the bottom of their page, suggesting they are licensed and trustworthy. However, if you click on it, it sends you to the Curacao page and informs you it's license expired so it's currently unlicensed. I was under the impression the logo alone meant the casino was licensed, and displaying it without being licensed by them was a big no-no? Regardless, this doesn't inspire confidence that they won't screw me out of the $200 once they've got my moneyfile

So, do I understand correctly that you have won by using some no deposit bonus, right? It is pretty common in such cases that players need to make a deposit to get verified, and it should be the smallest amount allowed.

If you are not sure what to do, maybe reading some user reviews could help you find out something more about this casino. I can see that the experiences and opinions about this casino are mixed, so maybe you will find something important for you there that will help you decide. What do you reckon?🤔

Let us know your decision, please, and the outcome as well.

Winport used to be one of my preferred online casinos, but that has changed. Their lack of transparency and expectation for blind trust is frustrating. I have been a customer of Winport Casino for over a year, contributing $500 per month, which may not be a lot for some, but it fits my budget. In return, Winport gave me the VIP title, which I have come to realize is misleading and holds no real significance.

On 07/22/24, I won $2995.30, and like most casinos, the maximum withdrawal per week for bitcoin is $2500. However, I had read that withdrawal limits do not apply to VIP members. When I inquired about this with Kyle from the finance office, he emailed me stating that the limit is indeed set at $2500 a week as per the Terms & Conditions. I was fine with that and planned to request the remaining $495.30 the following week. I thanked Kyle and asked for clarification, attaching a portion of their website outlining VIP Withdrawal Privileges. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

When I received my bitcoin withdrawal on the 25th, I was upset to find that I only received $500. Upon contacting Winport via chat, I was informed by the agent that payments may be split into smaller increments as indicated on their website. When I asked if this applied to VIP players as well, the response was that it is at the casino's discretion. I sent a follow-up email to Winport and received a response from Claudine Sloan (Finance Office). Kindly note that according to our Terms & Conditions, a large amount of cash out may be split into smaller parts depending on various factors (Player Class, membership duration, depositing activity, corresponding cashout limit, etc.), and paid via the chosen cashout method. We value you as our regular depositor and currently are doing our best to proceed with the cashout. The amount of payout is determined by a number of factors, however, we can assure you that the remaining winnings will eventually be paid out to you.

Help me to better understand your criteria in determining payouts. Is there a player class higher than VIP? What are the depositing activity requirements and membership duration? I was referred to the terms & conditions which answers none of these questions. Being specific holds them accountable and challenges their discretion on payments. They don't like that.

I just hope that the casino will do as promised and you will be able to receive the rst of your money.

Did they tell you in which intervals they usually send it, though?🤔

The casino should be able to explain everything regarding your request and answer all the questions you have, because no one else can explain it but them, of course.

Let us know, please, if you find out something new, and keep us updated on how your withdrawal goes.

Winport paid the balance of my winnings on 07/29 & 07/31. I was told, kindly note that according to our Terms & Conditions, a large amount of cash out may be split into smaller parts depending on various factors (Player Class, membership duration, depositing activity, corresponding cashout limit, etc.), and paid via the chosen cashout method. We value you as our regular depositor and currently are doing our best to proceed with the cashout. The amount of payout is determined by a number of factors, however, we can assure you that the remaining winnings will eventually be paid out to you.

So, based on that statement I asked, Is there a player class higher than VIP? How much do I have to deposit and how often? Are past winnings a determining factor? I call bull**it on their response because it doesn't answer my questions.

As per our terms and conditions, we have certain guidelines in place for cashouts, which may involve dividing the amount into smaller units. This is done to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to maintain the integrity of our services. The process can vary depending on several factors, including your player class and deposit activity. We split the funds, as it is much safer to send small parts of it than send a big amount per our transaction as some Bitcoin wallet providers or any other payment channels may apply some fee if the amount of transaction is big.

It's nonsense and I will never play on the Winport site ever again. Thank you Romi for allowing me to share my experience.

We are very glad you share with us; just continue to do so.😉

It is nice that you got your money even though they split it. Right?

And when it comes to the casino not answering your question, well, I like that you can just let it go and maybe move somewhere better.

Do you have any other favorites already? Let us know.🙂
