My bets at this casino finally settled so now I can look at KYC/withdrawal. Emailed their KYC email 5 days ago and still waiting, given what people have posted here im expecting an interesting ride.


Has anything changed with withdrawal times since their long maintenance? Either way I'll update to see how this progresses.

11 days ago i made a maxwin in aslot.the winning amount was like 3k

i paid for instant withdraw and 3 days ago i sent message and asked them what happened and why my withdrawl is not prosceeding. Then i got a message back for Kyc. Kyc after 3-4 years playing on this casino with many deposits and withdrawls but anyway i sent everything and still waiting. Today i asked again and i got the same Answer. Experts team looking your account bla bla bla. i dont know whats going on.Casinoin wasnt like that.

I'll wait until the next week starts, but have I sent two emails to their KYC mail address with no response still, on the 13th and 15 of this month with no response.

Waiting two weeks to even hear back about KYC starting is not something I've ever heard of.. but lines up with the kind of time lines people have posted.


If you are expecting to KYC in a reasonable time and withdraw it seems they are not the bookie for you.


Whether I can ever withdraw, I'll be reporting back I guess.

I really would suggest you file a complaint here now so our team can intervene. It has been going on for a long time, and only through a complaint can we do something and talk to the casino about all this.

As everyone in this topic, I will add that I'm also a victim of Ybets endless stalling of payouts. Won 5 figures over a month ago, replied to their KYC 4 weeks ago, have send many reminders and contacted support each week, but they don't reply to KYC. Reading that they don't even reply to people for more than a year, I doubt this will be resolved. Will add a complaint here.


It's incredible that you rate this site 7.4/10 and accept their affiliate when it's known they are scammers.

Let me start with the last point in your post, please: I believe that scammers are those casinos; they don't pay their players and only take money from them. We have come across many sites like this lately, unfortunately.

This casino pays their players, but they delay those payments. We are aware of it and try to "fight" it as much as possible. We even lowered their safety index significantly a few months ago because of this exact reason.

I only had a very small amount left at this casino so I threw it all on a couple of sports parlays and have considered it a write off.


You ask how to do KYC, you get the email address, send you are trying to start the process and get no reply.


It's no longer even about the payment delay they just have zero intention to email anyone back.



DO NOT USE YBETS. If you are reading this stay well clear this is a SCAM website, stay far far away.



This casino being in the 7s is one of the worst looks for CG in general. Even in the most charitable interpretation people are getting paid months later..now nothing.


This casino needs to be deep red with warnings. I have absolutely no clue why they are still maintaining the current rating.


If I have to lodge the complaint officially to help get it down I will do it.

And is very odd since my previous withdrawal was cancelled because I hadn't done KYC.
