Though as far as I know, deposits are not equal to withdrawals. I'm aware of a system that, when a player deposits, there is no action on the recipient's side; it is all initiated and completed by the user.

I empathize; it feels weird under such circumstances, so let's let the complaint team do their work.

16 days since I requested the withdrawal. No response to any emails. CG know what's happened. They've seen it 100s of times. Got a compaint going but most pointless thing in the world, Zolo not active here and won't engage.

yo creo que el 5.1 es demasiado para un casino que no paga, y obviamente es una estafa, estan engañando a la gente, porque siguen recibiendo depositos y siguen diciendo como en mi caso mas de 2 meses que es un problema tecnico, estan cometiendo un delito al estafar de esa forma a las personas, reciben tu dienro para no dartelo, eso para mi es robar.
