After winning a large sum of money I requested to withdraw my winnings. At the time of opening my player account with Cashoomo I verified my identity but then was asked to do it again. Still after repeating the verification process a second time it was not good enough. I then contacted customer support and was told to send a picture of my Id and card that I wanted it sent to with a handwritten note above that said Cashoomo redemption, completed this and still not good enough to receive my winnings. Contacted customer support again and this time I had to send another pic of my Id, debit card, handwritten note that says cashoomo redemption, and screenshot of player account redemption page, did I mention I had to be in the photo as well. Here I am approximately 2 weeks later and 15 correspondence emails later I have still have not got my redemption approved. I believe they do this so the players get tired of trying to withdraw their winnings and decide to just continue playing until all is lost. A legit casino like Crowncoins or Luckyland has a quick and solid redemption process that usually takes no more than 3 business days. Cashoomo tries to wear players down during the redemption process to avoid paying. Very frustrated. The only recommendation I can make about cashoomo online casino is this, "I highly recommend avoid this online casino completely, there are much better and more honest platforms out there so take my advice and avoid cashoomo. I give Cashoomo a -4 out 5 stars. Cashoomo is a big cash-a-no for me!

Can you tell us, though, in what state your withdrawal is now, please?

My account is verified, so last Tuesday I could actually submit a redemption request, it didn’t get approved until yesterday. Still waiting on the actual funds

Yes I have been going to the same thing… I submit $100 redemption on Wednesday and it gets deposited in my account the very next week on Wednesday or Thursday …. Only $800 more to go 😞

I have been trying to withdraw on my $1200 win with cashoomo for almost 2 weeks now. They say you can claim $100/24 hrs. I had filed my 2nd redemption on 11/6. And then when I tried to file a 2nd redemption on 11/8 it canceled my previous request even though they said you could file one every 24 hrs and I had waited 48 hrs. They made me refill the request on 11/8. It has still not been approved and it is 11/12. At this rate it is going to take 3 months to withdraw my winnings. I dont know what to do. I have talked to customer support every day. And they have told me I was moved up in the queue but I dont see how when it has been 4 days and still no approval.

May I ask if you have ever withdrawn from this casino before, though?

I believe that our complaint team could try to investigate what is really going on. The thing is that they have to be willing to communicate with us.

Nope lol. The usual $100. It had been pending for close to a week, then cancelled, and then the email came in to verify.


All this being said, if you're reading this in the future, just stay away from this site. It's clearly a scam.

Update! I did the verification process and then filled in the information for my W-2. Everything verified pretty quickly. I then went to withdraw, tried $200, and it didn't give me the warning about only being able to do $100! I'll update when that comes through and then potentially try a higher amount.
