It seems reasonable, in my opinion, to refrain from speculating and to give the complaint some time to develop. Honestly, I don't dare guess what possibly comes next from the casino's side.

Still, please follow Tom's request. It may not be so obvious, but complaints are held separately from the forum, and he is not aware of your forum responses. It would be a shame to miss anything important. Especially in this case.

I wish you a straight yet quick resolution.

Don't give up, they're obligated to pay any winnings if you were able to deposit and play. I'm still waiting but I'll get it eventually. Scumbags

Hi guys, sorry your going through the same as I did. I did eventually get my winnings after a long month of emailing everyday. Also you should get Curaçao EGaming complaints involved. Make sure you have all your evidence screenshot emails bank statements. I was told they had paid me into an account that I put on the site. Which is an absolute load of nonsense. I was then blamed for the security of my device making out someone had hacked into my account. That was also a load of nonsense. They had no evidence to prove Curaçao eGaming and Casino Guru of this. They eventually paid me my full amount which was owed to me. With thanks to Casino Guru that helped my case. My advice is to keep on, copy Casino Guru and Curaçao eGaming with any correspondence. Good Luck you will get it. We shouldn't have to do this I know.

Thanks for letting me know this, I'm not going to give up and have already complained to Curacao. It's nonsense,all the excuses they've come up with. They've completely ignored my emails and to rub salt in the wounds they're sending me invitations for promotions if I deposit again 😂. They're doing this even though my account is suspended and they claim I'm not able to be a customer in the country I live in. Thankfully I'm not depending on it and it's only a small amount but because of your success I'll persevere, well done you for sticking with it and not giving up ✌️

Looks like we just have to keep at them,let whoever you pay rent to know you have money tied up but it's definitely there,no need to tell them anymore than that, hopefully they'll be ok waiting. Wish I could help

Hi, you also have money here according to what I see. How long are you waiting for the withdrawal? As far as verification is concerned, you will have to go through it in order to withdraw, so I would definitely work with the casino here.

Also, I know you probably don't have the best feelings about what you've read here, but time will tell how it all turns out. Nothing is lost yet. 

I would also like to add that it is always best to play with what you can afford and never with what you need because you never know how things might turn out. 

I'll believe you'll get your money.

Certainly don't give up when you have an open complaint and I want to believe that the casino will do the right thing and pay you or the other players.

Hello anyone having problems getting their winnings from ninewin? I believe they're holding our winnings so they can generate interest for themselves,this is illegal and I'm going to seek legal advice to sue. Anyone that's interested please leave a message or comment and we can all do this together. The more of us that join together to do this the better it will be to take legal action. I'm now waiting 16 days and have now been ignored by ninewin for several days. The last time they contacted me they said it was being paid manually and again for around the fifth time asked for ID and bank details. Thanks,I've had a number of replies from other people experiencing the same lies from ninewin and although I appreciate your support it's been ineffective up to now as ninewin haven't resolved the issue around my stolen winnings or changed their attitude in regards to at least contacting me so I will seek legal advice. I'd expect a supporting note from yourselves going forward,thank you
