How to get my money from Ninewin. I just had a declined in the payment and requested another one for a 1000 pounds. Why does it seems to be so dodgy that website. I need help please!

Hi, did the casino tell you the reason why your withdrawal was declined? I think in these cases I would ask the casino first to find out more and for some advice.

They will probably hit you with clause 4.2 in their terms and conditions which states the players from the UK are not allowed to play for real money as the UK is a restricted juratiction. They are a untrustworthy casino anyway but even though you are verified they won't pay because of that clause alone. However I would submit one more withdrawal request and see how you get on. I got fleeced for £2000 but managed to get my deposits back

Anyone had luck with ninewin struggling to withdraw £800 I’ve jumped through all of their hoops to get this money and my withdrawals been cancelled and I’ve re withdrawn and it’s stuck on performing checks? I’m fully verified all of my checks complete bank statements the lot.

Romi, after going back and forth with them for 3-4 days I can confirm according to my NineWin account it is showing now that it’s paid. However no money in my bank account yet so will update later today when it should go in.

Not at the moment been looking around for another decent one. I have used jokabet in the past and to be honest that was great I understand ninewin is their sister company and they were hard work. Do you recommend any?

4.2 of their terms and conditions state the UK players can't bet for real money and any winnings will be void, even though they verify you You can ask them for your deposits back stating that they fully verified you to play. That's what I did or instigate a charge back against them with your bank saying they took your payments fraudulently

Because they are a corrupt casino with no morals so tell your bank and ask for a charge back and get your deposits back at least.
