My account has been verified with tones of documents.


Passport, picture, back and front of my card, bank statement.

They asked for my statement again last Friday, supposedly to verify that I have not received the transfer.

This is very unusual

Hmm and so I assume you are writing from a good email yes ? How long have you been waiting for the money ? Didn't you get an email at the beginning when you registered ? I'm asking because you would have sent the casino that this is really your email.

can we be honest here every single one of us has the same email verifcation probem,it's clearly the casino at fault...i've never had these problems since day dot of internet betting..even the help chat gaslighted me after telling them my profile and options of deposit/withdraw were wiped away and it was like that on my mobile and laptop "you must of been seeing things" then puff it all appears in that second.....really feels like cat and mouse dealing with this company they like to blame the customer while hoping they blast all the money in the account out of frustration,the longer the money sits there the more chance of it being spent

Today they returned the money in my casino account but they are only say that I need to withdraw again since the transfer got stuck midway.


This answer is absolutely not making any sense.

Now they told me to withdraw to the bank linked to my card. I need to verify that account and I can only WD 1000 per day again.

I can surely understand your frustration here. Sometimes the casino is not at fault, especially when it comes to the third-party payment provider, where something can happen and the payment can really get stuck, as they told you.

So, hopefully, after all the verification that needs to be done, you will be really able to withdraw your winnings without any other issues.

Also, as I can see, the €1,000 is their limit per day to withdraw. It is €5,000 per week, so I believe it is not that bad. Don't you think?🤔

After requesting the WD again I received this morning the first £1000 paid by Garush Ltd.




I guess it is the payment provider that they keep talking about.




Now waiting for the remaining £2000.




This was really a fight.

Okay, so how long does the whole situation last ? Have you thought about filing a complaint if you have money in your account and you can't resolve your case with the casino ?
