can we be honest here every single one of us has the same email verifcation probem,it's clearly the casino at fault...i've never had these problems since day dot of internet betting..even the help chat gaslighted me after telling them my profile and options of deposit/withdraw were wiped away and it was like that on my mobile and laptop "you must of been seeing things" then puff it all appears in that second.....really feels like cat and mouse dealing with this company they like to blame the customer while hoping they blast all the money in the account out of frustration,the longer the money sits there the more chance of it being spent

Today they returned the money in my casino account but they are only say that I need to withdraw again since the transfer got stuck midway.


This answer is absolutely not making any sense.

Now they told me to withdraw to the bank linked to my card. I need to verify that account and I can only WD 1000 per day again.

I can surely understand your frustration here. Sometimes the casino is not at fault, especially when it comes to the third-party payment provider, where something can happen and the payment can really get stuck, as they told you.

So, hopefully, after all the verification that needs to be done, you will be really able to withdraw your winnings without any other issues.

Also, as I can see, the €1,000 is their limit per day to withdraw. It is €5,000 per week, so I believe it is not that bad. Don't you think?🤔

I guess it is the payment provider that they keep talking about.




Now waiting for the remaining £2000.




This was really a fight.

absolute jokers ninewin casino there fraudsters.

I won £15,373.26 and they're saying they have confiscated my winnings due to me depositing from my sons bank account which when I opened the account with them ive always deposited visa this payment method as I store my funds in his account from time to time however I the past ive not issues whatsoever with this until I win a substantial amount.

ive been chasing them for the past week in regards to my withdrawals and they have closed my account down now and stated they're confiscating the winnings due to breaching their T&C's.

They should not allow to deposit via such payments methods if there not going to pay out. its a con and a scam. me and my son both have the same surname and address which ive provided bank statements and proof of ID from both parties and they're still not sorting it out they should genuinely be closed down best part about it they don't even bother to reply to mails and chats anymore because they know what they're doing is wrong.

This is probably the worst online slots / casino ive ever been dealing with the attitude and blatant lies they text and tell you to just prolong any situation is actually funny ive got screenshots of emails they have sent to me asking for bank details including IBAN & BIC numbers to apparently 'pay the funds from casino balance to the bank account manually' when this was clearly just a trick to get the bank details because soon as I sent the bank details they close the account and state they're confiscating the winnings.


At all costs just avoid this absolute disgrace of a company to save yourself money time and efforts, use a different more trustworthy company and you'll be fine but trust me when I say it you might aswell throw ur money away because they are a nightmare to even get hold of properly when it comes to a serious matter like this one.

I'm truly sorry, but I have to add something you won't like to hear.

Using your own personal details/payment options is one of the most common casino rules. I imagine you feel cheated, but sadly, you just made the mistake. I really do not intend to lecture you, yet I'm convinced you would find this rule in the Terms and Conditions if you took the time to read them.

Players always wonder how it is even possible that the casino allowed them to use someone else's payment method. Well, mostly it's because the casino:

  • does not know the payment option you deliberately chose does not belong to you
  • expect player to comply with the rules to prevent voiding the funds

Kindly try to prevent further harm and always read the terms, please. Save yourself such trouble. 🙏

They probably would have used 4.2 in their terms and conditions which state players from the UK are not allowed to play for real money it is a forbidden country. Contact your bank I got my deposits back but would have won £2,000 profit. Yours was a far higher amount so sorry if you lose it. But they are unfair the fact they verify your passport and bank address let you deposit but won't pay

Ive been with them a while and deposited a substantial amount which i cant put an exact figure on as the account is closed but I’ve also deposited via there sister casinos jokabet and kinghills, am I eligible to claim these back? I’ve contacted my bank and they have literally said that there’s no much they can do as it’s an on going thing I need sort out with the merchant? How do I go about this when the bank isn’t going to get involved they have said?

How did you pay? If you paid with visa or MasterCard you may be able to claim they fraudulently let you deposit and verify without any chance of being able to withdraw because of clause 4.2 in their terms and conditions which state UK is a forbidden country to be able to play for real money. This is a problem if you can't access your account to take screenshots of proof of your verifications and deposit history as well as showing the big amount you would have won. Revolut got my deposits back as I showed them this proof. Your problem with your win is they claim that you used a card that wasn't yours, which voids wins at nearly all casinos. However you claim this wasn't the case but I don't know what you can do to prove it without corresponding with Ninewins but to be honest the fact they verify a UK player but in the terms and conditions state what I said previously means they are dishonest and can't be trusted. You can get their terms and conditions by Google Ninewin terms and conditions.

I paid via Monzo where u do the instant bank transfer thing where it takes you to the online banking app, I’ll get back onto Monzo in regards to this and see what I can do about it, I’ll keep this forum updated if any outcome changes e.g if I get any kind of money back.

I'm dealing with Monzo at the moment and I find it's not the easiest bank to talk to, they say if it's fraud you have to report it. Just give them all the information you have via live chat help and see what they suggest

Be sure to let us know about further results, I think more people will be curious about it. 

Of course, as already mentioned, it's always a good idea to check at least the restricted countries before you go to the casino to play, and of course it's important to use your own name for everything, because then it often turns out like this.
