I had some issues when creating my account, when selecting the birthdate, i couldn’t select the correct date due to some broswer limitations i couldn’t scroll it and it selected a few days earlier. I spoke with the support team and they told me to put the documents for KYC verification and it can be modified afterwards. I uploaded the documents on friday and today i found my account blocked. One of the support guys told me that it should be ok in a few hours, but the account is still blocked.Now they are saying that they will unlock my account but all my winnings will be lost and this is the final decision.

Can you somehow affect casino rating? Because their rules are unfair. They carryover your deposit wager to the next deposit. Example, you deposited 50k usd, and you lost it with one single bet (it is hard, but possible). They have 2x deposit wager. So you have 0 on your balance, and decide to deposit 1k usd. However to withdraw your money you will need to wager 52k usd ( 50k from previous deposit + 2k from this one). I have not seen any casino have such things. Can you plese somehow tell them it is unfair.

They are using their "policy " so they can invent excuses when they are not paying the money.

I've been delayed on numerous times by this shit hole and they are telling the same thing over and over.

Before you think to bet your money on this site read their policy carefully, cus if you get your withdrawals in 2 years it's not their fault, it's the financial provider which you can not contact.

No offense to any one here I'm so fed up with fucking bullshit scammers that run casino like there own piggy bank.
