So that is not true. Player can also remove permanent self-exclusion due addiction. This under MGA and Estonian lisence at least.

Just like i said on my earlier message.

The whole time, I've been talking about our approach.

I have also seen that nowadays it is a lot harder to get your issues resolved with casinos. I have seen so many casinos recently to completely block my contacts when i have tried to get answers regarding reopening permanent self-exclusion due addiction. More than ever casinos has now figured out that they can do basically whatever and still nothing will happen to them. Year or two back casinos were definitely more strict regarding addiction.

Okay, so more like your opinion/policy regarding this matter?

? I just said you that MGA allows to reopen permanent self-exclusion Even when it is due addiction. You just answered that this is okay, didn't you? I really feel like you didn't understand My message at all and i would advice to read it again.

So in reality there really isnt any PERMANENT self-exclusion Even due addiction, because it can be removed.

Once more, I repeat that "reality" depends on what casinos do— not very much on what is written. If you understand my point, actions, not words, shape reality.

If you want to stick with the MGA version, go ahead, but in my opinion, it is as I described earlier.

Yes, this is based on my own experience. Coolbet, boost casino, lucky casino. These all removed my permanent self-exclusion due addiction just with few responsibility questions, like do you take all responsibility If we reopen your account etc. And this is actually allowed to do.

Boost Casino even said that i cant ever use or deposit on their site, but seems like these were only words as my account was reopened without any problem.

Ours, I'd say.

Even CG has nothing to do with regulations, so CG's approach is not the same as MGA's for example.

That's it - some casinos do that. We, on the other hand, always try to maintain some sort of standard, because in general the actual state of self-exclusion options or procedures is just a mess.

I recall one player asking me how to obtain an official document stating he is not addicted because the casino wanted this confirmation document to reopen his self-excluded account...

Well I think that is actually a lot better than just words which you can write within seconds. There is a lot more work to get something like that and i think many would cancel the idea to get account reopen again.

You can write whatever but usually people cant fake such details as documents. Or if can it takes such a lot time and effort that many wouldnt do that.

You've got a point here, I'd say. I agree that any challenge or obstacle is better than just a questionnaire about players' actual "well-being."
