The timeframe for raising a complaint after getting knocked back is usually quite short so you may have left it too long. Worth checking with your bank first.

Okay so just now I have 100% finally found Onlined*DG, i am gonna give them a week to see if they give any response and I can settle my refunds first and then share info.


Just to give hope to others so they can go goods not received or get refund if we are lucky, but please dont spam me for info now.

Great! Keep us posted. I raised chargebacks with these via revolut, a week in so far. Haven't heard anything as of yet.

Is there any on here who’s got historic transactions from a few years ago and wants to dispute them. I feel like if Monzo are going to start accepting peoples chargebacks, then I’m going to start investigating my old bank statements.

How though? If the 120 day chargeback window has passed? If anything only chance would be if the media bring this all to light and we receive automatic refunds

Just wanted to share it looks like Santeda is no longer accepting deposits via Falcora Finance - I was on checking my deposit history to help with sending yet more emails & they have removed the Sepa payments from their deposit section.


we might be getting somewhere, I’ve got a feeling falcora have closed their accounts or stopped doing business with them. More than likely due to complaints and emails from us all!!!

Can someone explain the Falcora Finance/Santeda thing?

I’ve sent thousands to Falcora Finance, but all through monzo transfers, assumed there’s no way of getting that back. It was to GodOdds, Roletto, etc and all their sister sites.

Don’t even try to raise it with your bank - they will close your account down. For now all we can do is keep bombarding them and Nucleus365 with emails and info asking for them to refund

All the santeda sites blocked me from access since I contacted falcora finance. Luckily I already retrieved my deposit history from each casino to prove they facilitated the transactions.

They’ve blocked most of mine but somehow cosmo bet hasn’t been blocked.


im so happy im in a space where i dont feel the need to gamble on it tho with all the work we are putting in trying to get the refunds. I just hope everyone is able to get everything back eventually

I won 210k with one of the sites. Rolletto. I'd have rather had that but didn't receive a penny. They rejected my withdrawals multiple times despite being verified. An additional example of their illegal operation.

I don’t think they legally can share your personal information with anyone but law enforcement.
