A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Deposited tens of thousands with 20bet, 22bet and sportaza over 6 months, not one KYC or SOF check done. Madness. Not one check done by revolut either. Something seriously wrong(in addition to me, haven't gambled since October last year).

Hi guys, hope you’re all well.

I’ve been reading this board from time to time, and I wanted to share some information and also ask a few questions.

In my case, the payment provider for merchant E0000480 is Colibrix.io or Paysage.io. I’ve already contacted them — they did process some of the money back, but unfortunately not everything.

What’s the law here? I’ve already reported the case to the Ombudsman. I’m also thinking about going to the police because I believe they are involved in money laundering. On my account, gambling is blocked, but they’re bypassing that by not using the correct merchant codes.

I know some of you are aware of these tricks already — but my question is: what can we officially do to make sure they lose their license? Colibrix is based in the UK, and I even have the mobile number of the CEO. He blocked me — haha — but seriously, can I go to the police with this?

Also, Colibrix is now using a new merchant to process payments: Dsolpay.

Does anyone have any info about these names?

Keystop

Vivexcoin

E0000443

Ratfee or Ratski

Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You’re absolutely right – this is 100% money layering. They’re bypassing gambling blocks and misusing MCC codes to disguise the nature of the transactions, which is a clear tactic used to move the proceeds of crime.

But this isn’t a new issue. Authorities like the FCA and Action Fraud are already well aware of how these schemes work. The real problem is that we’re just the latest wave – these operators set up new shell companies, payment processors, and merchant accounts every cycle. Once heat builds up, they vanish and pop up again under new names like Dsolpay, Keystop, etc.

Reporting them is still worth it (Ombudsman, FCA, Action Fraud), but unfortunately, this is a systemic problem – and they exploit the slow pace of enforcement. Keep all your evidence, and yes, definitely go to the police.
