Vulkan Vegas Casino - El jugador aún no ha recibido las ganancias.

I requested a withdrawal from Vulkan Vegas and submitted all required documents in full – both via my player account and additionally by email.

Despite complete verification, my withdrawal has not been released. Instead, I have been repeatedly put off for days/weeks, even though there are no outstanding requests.

I have contacted support several times, but only receive the standard reply that my documents are being reviewed – even though they have already been confirmed.

I have the feeling that the payment is being deliberately delayed or blocked.

I therefore request your support so that my outstanding amount is finally paid out.

Ich habe bei Vulkan Vegas eine Auszahlung beantragt und alle geforderten Dokumente vollständig eingereicht – sowohl über mein Spielerkonto als auch zusätzlich per E-Mail.

Trotz kompletter Verifizierung wird meine Auszahlung nicht freigegeben. Stattdessen werde ich seit Tagen/Wochen immer wieder vertröstet, obwohl es keine offenen Anforderungen gibt.

Ich habe mehrfach den Support kontaktiert, aber es kommt nur die Standardantwort, dass meine Dokumente geprüft würden – obwohl diese bereits bestätigt wurden.

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Auszahlung bewusst verzögert oder blockiert wird.

Ich bitte daher um Unterstützung, damit mein ausstehender Betrag endlich ausgezahlt wird.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
