I have won 554€, submitted for a withdrawal. Since there everything went downhill. The customer support does not provide any solutions, the withdrawal is stuck on "processing". Reading other forums it is obvious that this is their MO: delaying witjdrawals and never pay their players out. I don’t understand how CasinoGuru can give them such a high score.
