ello, no puedo estar de acuerdo con todos los buenos comentarios y creo que muchas de estas calificaciones positivas provienen del propio Betsomnia... en salas realmente serias y confiables no necesitas un servicio permanente, porque retiran dinero rápidamente y sin problemas para jugadores completamente verificados/vip.
¡Bt Betsomnia es todo lo contrario en mi caso!
Estoy completamente verificado y desde hace 1, 5 semanas su "gran servicio" me dijo 21 veces mentiras descaradas o cosas diferentes en el caso de mi transferencia bancaria/transferencia bancaria iniciada de 494 euros....
1. Me enviaron un correo electrónico, que el retiro está completo y confirmado y que el dinero está en camino (mentira descarada) y tengo las pruebas de las cosas que les digo ahora, porque tengo guardados todos los correos electrónicos. y chats en vivo con Betsomnia
2. Después de unos días pedí mi retiro y luego comienza, no te imaginas cómo mienten y me engañan permanentemente:
- Primero dijeron que la razón es que el proveedor bancario de mi banco local es responsable del retraso (mentira descarada, le pregunté a mi banco local) - ¿y por qué todavía puedes depositar en segundos con el mismo proveedor bancario?
- día siguiente - siguiente excusa: puede ser que el retraso se deba al fin de semana - jajaja - puedes depositar en segundos con el mismo proveedor - la próxima mentira
- ¡Luego dijeron que el retiro no se puede realizar porque el número de mi casa no está completado! muuuucho ---- otra mentira, porque traje la prueba con mis documentos ya verificados, de que el número de mi casa privada es correcto (además de que no necesitas el número de casa del destinatario para transferencias bancarias jajaja, solo necesitas IBAN, código SWift/Bic y nombre del titular de la cuenta...)
bt ok, envié de nuevo, luego dijeron, fue solo un malentendido y que todo está bien con mi retiro... claro... jajaja...
- Ya esperé tanto y luego dijeron que recibiré mi dinero en las próximas horas- jajaja (nuevamente era mentira)
- entonces dijeron comienzo de esta semana (mentira)
hoy dicen: recibirás tus fondos a mediados o finales de esta semana muuuuy--- seguro....
Así que sigue y sigue todos los días.
- Luego dicen que las finanzas "trabajan mucho", pero tienen mucho trabajo... claro...
Otra excusa abstrusa para retrasar, o mejor dicho, evitar un retiro de efectivo legal válido.
¡Mi banco local me dijo que cualquier remitente en todo el mundo puede enviar fondos con el método de transferencia bancaria en unos pocos SEGUNDOS! en cualquier momento
entonces: si Betsomnia no "presiona el botón" "envía fondos", me lo dijo mi banco, ¡¡¡entonces simplemente no lo quieren !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!
3. ¡¡Vamos todos y despertad!!
Betsomnia no encuentra unos segundos para hacer este trabajo fácil en 1,5 semanas ?????
4. He aprendido que el "buen servicio" es esperar, parece mentir y decir simplemente tonterías todos los días.
CADA DÍA ENCUENTRAN Y CREAN NUEVAS EXCUSAS PARA RETRASAR/EVITAR EL EFECTIVO
¡Ni siquiera han iniciado el proceso de retiro (esto es fácil de ver en el historial de transacciones), aunque lo confirmaron por correo electrónico!
EN MI CASO Betsomnia trabaja totalmente poco seria, poco confiable y bromista y me molesta todos los días con excusas abstrusas....
¡¡¡Evita a toda costa esta habitación !!!!
nunca obtendrás un dólar, parece un casino en línea típico "No se permiten ganancias" "No hay sala de retiro de efectivo"
si recibes en 1,5 semanas 21 información diferente y simplemente mentiras (todo está comprobado con los correos electrónicos guardados y los chats en vivo)
Lo dice todo, ¿qué tipo de casino es este?
a mis ojos y en mi caso son mentirosos profesionales, estafadores y bandidos, nada más
Ahorre tiempo, dinero y nervios, no deposite ni juegue en este escandaloso Betsomnia.
no HACEN NADA POR LOS JUGADORES COMPLETAMENTE VERIFICADOS si solicita un retiro,
solo te toman el pelo....

ello, , all good comments i cannot agree and i think much of these positive ratings coming from Betsomnia himself.... in real serious trustworthy rooms you dont need permanent service, bc they cash out hasslefree fast for full verified/vip players ,

i am full verified and since 1, 5 weeks their "great service" told me 21 times impudent lies or different things in case of my initiated Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer of 494 Euro....
1. they sent me an e-mail , that the withdraw is complete and confirmed and that the money is on the way (impudent lie ) and i hve the proof for the things i tell you now, bc i have saved all e-mails and live chats with Betsomnia
2. after a few days i asked for my withdraw and then it starts, you cannot imagine how they lie and kid me permanentt:
- first they said , that the reason is that the bank provider of my homebank is responsible for the delay (impudent lie, i asked my homebank) - and why you can deposit still within seconds with the same bank provider ?
- next day - next excuse: may be the delay is bc of weekend- lol- you can deposit within seconds with same provider - the next lie
- then they said, that the withdraw cannot be done bc my house number is not filled in ! loooollll ---- another lie, bc i brought the proof with my already verified docs , that my private house number is correct (beside fact you dont need for Wire Transfers house number of the recipient lol you only need IBAN, SWift/Bic code and name of account holder...)
bt ok , i send again , then they said , it was only a misunderstanding and that all is fine with my withdraw.... sure ...lol....
- already i wait so long then they said , that i will get my money next hours- loolll (again it was a lie)
- then they said begin of this week (lie)
today they say: you will get your funds middle or end of this week looolll--- sure....
so it goes on and on every day
- then they say, that the finance is "hard working" bt has so much work .... sure....
another abstruse excuse to delay , or lets say better to avoid a valid legal cash out
my homebank told me , that any sender worldwide can send funds with the method Wire Transfer within a few SECONDS !!!! at any time
so: if Betsomnia dont "push the button" "send funds" - my bank told me, then they simply dont want it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3. come on all and wake up !!
Betsomnia cannot find a few seconds to do this easy work within 1,5 weeks ?????
4. i ve learned , that the "good service" is hold on it seems to lie and tell simply bullshit all days
EVERY DAY THEY FIND AND CREATE NEW EXCUSES TO DELAY/AVOID THE CASH OUT
they even have not start the process of the withdraw (this is easy to view in transaction history), although they confirmed it with e-mail !!!!
IN MY CASE Betsomnia work total unserious, not trustworthy and kid and annoy me all days with abstruse excuses....
avoid at all costs this room !!!!
you will never get one dollar, its seems a typic online casino "No winning allowed" "No cash out room "
if you get within 1,5 weeks 21 different informations , and simply lies ( its all proofed with the saved e-mails and live chats )
