As for your rejected user review, it was rejected because it wasn't a review. You wrote the same thing you did here on the forum and I don't think that's relevant information about the casino. User reviews are for players to describe the casino itself, its pros and cons and you wrote that you don't understand the casino and that's all.

Como usted diga sencillamente es un casino complicado no es tan práctico aparte q solo esta en inglés no me ayuda en nada, losiento no comprendo q es lo real o no. Y gracias q tenga un buen día Jaro

Well, it occurs to me that if English is a problem, it would be a good idea to find a casino where you have a casino page in Spanish as well. Alternatively, where the live chat could speak the language you prefer.
