Buenas tardes comunidad, paso a comentarles que tuve una mala experiencia con una cajero, el cuál venía cumpliendo bien , pero el día viernes pasado le hice una transferencia la cual nunca me acreditó las fichas y me bloqueó, soporte de casino Zeus sigue sin brindarme una solución, eso que les figura la persona que carga saldo en la cuenta no me quieren brindar exactamente toda la información, alguien le pasó lo mismo o pudieron solucionar?

Lo mismo me pasó a mí con el cajero LUCAS GALVAN que se quedó con $20.000 y nunca me los acreditó. El casino no tiene soporte y nadie se hace cargo

Hi, does this mean that you won and failed to withdraw your money or you deposited and your funds were not credited to your player account ? 

However, could you post a link to the casino, as I don't see any such casino in our database ?

Hi, did the casino say why your withdrawal has been under review for so long ? What does support say ? It seems like an extremely long time to me, so that's why I'm asking.

However, I see that you managed to open a complaint even though we don't have the casino in our database, for which I commend you.

I understand that waiting without some result and a relevant answer is certainly difficult. 

However, I think you did the right thing by filing the complaint. Nevertheless, it looks like we will have to wait a little longer and our team will try to do everything possible in the meantime to resolve the case in a fair way.

Es así . Yo me hize una cuenta con el cajero. Me pago 80 mil pesos , me pago 30 mil pesos y 40 mil pesos. Hace 1 semana le gane 527 mil pesos y me bloquio de wasap. Soporte me dice que mi caso está en revisión con el área encargada. Lo raro es que cuando le pido foto de la cuenta soporte me manda y la cajera no retiro el saldo de la cuenta todavía

Sure and since then you don't have any new information about your withdrawal and blocked account yes ? 

As far as the withdrawal is concerned, we give casinos 14 days to resolve such process. However, if you have an account blocked for no reason and the casino has not given you any explanation, then I would recommend filing a complaint here

Yes, unfortunately I saw your complaint and the team couldn't help more. This casino has a pretty low safty index and I would be very careful before depositing here. I don't think that will happen in your case, though, as you've certainly learned your lesson. 

As for the casino's response, I don't want to be negative, but I don't think you'll get one since it's been three months. Have you tried contacting any relevant legal authorities ?

Hola buenas noches el 7 de diciembre 2023 gane 2 millones y cuando pedí retiro el chico me bloqueó hablo a soporte todos los días y dice que está en revisión en casinozeusvip por lo tanto soporte no se hace cargo de nada ya no se que haces para que me devuelvan el dinero el cajero sigue operando normalmente y haciendo lo mismo me imagino a persona el cajero se llama MARIANO NICOLAS LUNA GUERRERO DNI :41854992 y trabaja con este celular +54 9 11 6497-3409.. tengo captura de todo hice la denuncia en una fiscalía como corresponde yo creo que tendría que tomar asunto con este casino ya que somos muchísimo los estafados

Hola lucas, estoy con la misma situación hace 1 mes. Pudiste resolverlo? Me dicen exactamente lo mismo y hablo literalmente todos los días al soporte.

Hola, me pasó lo mismo. Hace dos meses estoy reclamándole a los cajeros que me bloquearon. Llevo algunas semanas reclamando con el soporte y todos los días me dicen que ellos no se ocupan y que hay que esperar. El dinero que gane ya se devaluó un 50%, realmente estoy muy cansada 😭
