Any information in your account? It could be written that the withdrawal is pending, or something similar, you know.

Also, many times the length of the withdrawal depends on the payment method.

Hi, i highly suggest changing the limits on your site for 1Red.

They massively decreased their withdrawal limits.

1k a day and 10k per month.

Hi, yes I played there. I also have to complaints for that casino. Open resolved and one open.

Due to the low limits and long withdrawals, i wouldn't recommend playing on 1Red.

Yes, that seems logical to me. I know that the casino used to have a much better safety index, but today it is different. 

I don't know what happened there, but that's probably the reason why the limits are much lower than they used to be. 

I hope you manage to get money from the casino again and then I would probably pass if I had to wait that long for the funds.🤷‍♂️

Yes, the casino has become a disgrace.

For example, when it comes to withdrawals, they make you wait like 5 days for just a single withdrawal.


According to their own ToS, they state that withdrawals are paid out within 48 hours of requesting the withdrawal. The truth is that they take much longer, my last withdrawal took 5 days after I requested it to be paid out (btw fully verified, with large payouts in the past).


And even after the withdrawal is sent, I am NOT allowed to request another 1k withdrawal because I have to wait 24 hours after my last withdrawal request before I can make a new request. And yes, the wording is absolutely misleading, because what they actually mean is that I have to wait 24 hours after my last withdrawal was sent, not actually requested. So all in all, i would think that with this kind of delaying sceme, you can not even withdraw the 10k monthly limit within the time of... yeah, a month haha

They are scammers,they confiscated my real balance of 27.000 euro ! Without any proofs of wrongdoing from my side! I have an unsolved complain here. They failed to answer to Casino guru officials.

On top of that today I found out they are operating without license!!!

Same answer they told me in February 2025 !

I know for a fact that in the past players have complained about it as well. Sometimes you don't have to be 100% sure when a casino has stated somewhere how long it takes them to send withdrawals. It's not always accurate, and if I were a casino owner and knew that many things can happen why withdrawals are delayed, I would be careful with such statements. So I would take it with a grain of salt as I say elsewhere.

It's unfortunate that you have to wait like that but I guess there's nothing else to do. It will be important that you get everything you have in your account.

When that happens, definitely let me know.

You should read others statements ! This casino is running without license! They can do anything they want! You're team should investigate that ! Change the description about the casino and add a warning ⚠️ Sign ☢️ 🛑!!!

I've notified our team and when they find the same thing they'll edit it in the review. 

I think the safety index itself is a "signal" that this casino will probably not be the best anymore, so I think that's something to keep in mind.

I received an answer on lcb forum. The answer from them is unreal! They called my balance as a bonus!!! I have proofs to debate that !

"All bonuses and winnings in your balance will be removed prior to calculation of the refund amount."

Since the remaining balance at the time of closure included only bonus-related funds and no real money, the refund request was declined in full compliance with our T&Cs.

We would like to confirm that all actions taken by our team — including the closure of the player’s account — were carried out in full accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy. The player’s deposited funds were refunded accordingly.

This is unreal! They answered on all platforms in different way , I've asked them my gambling history and they refuse!

I will not give up till I don't get my money. If not I will do everything to close this casino forever.

And the lcb took the position that the case was closed in favor of the casino? I saw that the complaint was closed in our case on the grounds that the casino did not provide sufficient evidence.

The casino is saying that I've played with bonus,this is a lie because I had 33 k after that I've widrawal 5000 euro and was approved, I've played 1 thousands euro more till aprox 27.000 and my account was disabled in the middle of gameplay. That was shocking for me to experience.

Till I reached the balance of 33 k I had constantly amounts of 4k-6k . My last deposit was 300 euro I have all necessary Proofs. I even have screenshots with the balance and with the widrawal request approved.

So is shocking to see that the casino accused me of something I didn't do!!

Currently lcb forum didn't get back to me after my reply, initially they closed the complain as unresolved because casino didn't provide any proofs!

I've asked them the gambling history!!! They refuse that ! In the gambling history can be seen that I've played without any bonuses!

There was no bonus abuse! No refund abuse and my first Widrawal was approved with email confirmation! 33 k - 5 k Widrawal is 28 I left . How they allowed me to continue using the platform and why there where no bonuses connected with the raw balance??

The casino officials are one of the biggest scammers out there .

Of course now I've reported the casino to KSA AUTHORITY from Netherlands more than 50 times.

Till I don't shoot them down I will not stop !!! Believe me! I don't accept nobody to scam me!

Then I'm glad that the LCB made the same assessment of the situation and therefore that the casino didn't provide enough evidence. 

From the complaints you had with us I could see what the problem was and therefore the worst thing is that the casino is not trying to solve it anywhere. 

When you wrote to the KSA, they didn't let you know about the situation? I don't know if they're going to do anything about it, but it would be good if it was fair and you got what was coming to you. 

Even though I don't know if that's what will happen, I'll wish you justice will prevail.

We checked, and found that they don't have a validator. They stated that they had a GCB license, but that list is currently unavailable as the licensing authority is apparently updating it. As soon as it is back available, we will inform you via our review if they have it or not.
