My withdrawal has been pending for a while so i contacted the 1win security support. They asked me for some documents in which i provided so they can verify my account.
They have not replied me and my withdrawal is still pending.
Is this usual?
How will i know when my account is verified.?

Esto es bastante habitual por desgracia... No hay problemas para depositar pero una vez quieres retirar ganancias empieza la odisea.
No desesperes porque llevará tiempo verificar la cuenta y sobre todo no juegues con tus ganancias espera a retirar para volver a jugar.

Hola qué tal, llevo poco tiempo en este casino, quiero sacar todas mis ganancias y solo se queda pendiente, para que al final se cancele solo, eso pasa después de unas horas. My account at 1win ID 11188365 has been blocked for a few months already supposedly for multiple software account fraud issues but obviously there is nothing like that I was just a good player who won more bets than he has lost then I was blocked, I try to communicate with them but they do not answer emails.
Obviously I have a balance that I cannot recover for the moment.

Hola a todos, les escribo para los que tienen problemas para realizar sus retiros, yo tambien estaba con ese problema, no podia retirar por medio de Visa, Mastercard ni bancos locales.
La unica manera que pude retirar mis 527$, fue a travez de USDT Tether BEP20. Espero les sirva.

Okay I stumbled upon this Platform today on twitter. Apparently they joined in april this year. Very weird website. I'm not sure if I were actually sent to official platform. I will provide a series of screenshots and let them speak for themselves. (Casino link came from their "official" twitter.
The Support haven't even tried to help me. Asked to remove the sports bonus since I do not want it/ it doesn't even work. (I never play betting so I admit to might be doing something wrong even though I'm sure I followed live chats copy paste terms. They even deny that it's their webadress? Just ended chat when I provided evidence.

As I'm aware, there are many "scam" affiliates who pretend to host official social media profiles. I personally don't dare to guess whether this fits my description, but I agree that the whole denying part is very suspicious.

If I may add: never use such "social or telegram" promos, it's far safer to find proper bonuses in the casino directly. No need to mention that checking the casino's reputation anywhere not just on Casino Guru - is nowadays a must.

llevo mas de 45 dias esperando un retiro y me dicen que es debido a problemas de la empresa externa de pago, es nefasto este casino, no lo recomiendo para nada. tiene valoracion de 7.1 pero definitivamente ese resultado no se acerca a nada a las muchas quejas que existen en torno a los pagos que no realiza este casino.
