It just crossed my mind that this may be the situation when the bonus ends when the withdrawal is completed, and if you deposit, the max cashout rule still applies.
Not saying it's good, but some casinos work this way.
You were excatly right there's 100 max cash out on the bonus I guess but I'm still confused why I have a 500 dollar withdrawl still pending and why that didn't disappear like the 600 did when I was through playing through the wagering requirements.. Lesson learned I guess😭

I put the $500 withdrawal in right after I fulfilled the wagering requirements and ask them if there was anything else I needed to do before I could withdraw and they said I needed to make it deposit of at least $25 and even though I was reluctant to do that I guess I was plus enough at that point already that it was worth the risk to me so I deposited $25 put in the $500 withdrawal and I still had a couple hundred left so of course I went back and started playing and one like 650 more and was still in the middle of playing and my balance went to zero at that point so I'm like what the hell and went back to chat with customer service again and that's when they told me there was $100 Max cash out on my bonus and I swear to you I can't be 100% positive because sometimes I get in a hurry and overlook stuff but I'm pretty positive there was no Max cash out on that and if there was my balance would have went to 100 as soon as I had wagered the 35 times or whatever it wouldn't wait until I put in a withdrawal for 500 and was playing for I don't know how long after that before they took the rest of my money you understand what I'm saying wouldn't it of went down to 100 because I've had similar situation where I wasn't paying attention and got a bonus that had a Max cash out of 100 and as soon as I hit the waging requirements my balance of like 1400 went straight down to 100 just like it disappeared in this case.
I think I partly know what happened there. Even though there was a max. cashout for the bonus, they let you play with the extra money as much as you want until you submit a withdrawal. When you did the deposit and submitted your withdrawal, the request was sent to their payments department. There was someone checking your pending withdrawal right at the moment when you were playing and they deducted the extra winnings from your account. (that's what they usually do before they process the pending withdrawal)
I really don't understand the part where you say your balance went down to zero. They should leave 100 + your 25 deposit on the account. I believe you should submit a complaint in this case so our team can investigate what happened. We'd need to see the exact bonus you have taken so we could check the bonus terms and conditions and it's possible that we'll ask the casino for your gaming history in order to understand why the balance went down to 0.
I'm just waiting right now to see if there gonna process the 500 withdrawal that's still pending and I'm sure they gotta at least honor like you said the 125 but I'm sure that's not normal it all should have fell off except 125 (if that's the max cashout)

For instance it says in their T&C that a bitcoin withdrawal takes 1-5 days, well it is now Dec 4th and I have been waiting since October 31st and they told me today that I would receive it on their payout day next week!! REALLY???
Hi, I moved your post to the casino you are talking about. I would like to start by saying that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue. However, it's certainly not nice if you have a deadline that the casino doesn't meet in the end. As for the withdrawal itself, when should the payout day be ? Do they have it mentioned somewhere in the T&C ?

the casino delayed payments for two months and as a result did not pay anything,
