Well, you call it a scam, and I understand you are frustrated, yet as you just showed us, the complaint is still open, so here comes the answer. We simply cannot punish the casino before the investigation concludes and presents its findings. That's basically all. Please try to be patient. 🙏

Buenos dias. Llevo peleando 1 mes para q procesen un retiro. Despues de 2 semanas enviando documentacion, verificaron mi cuenta completamente. Ordene el retiro, pero no llegaba. Escribi en trustpilot una mala reseña y al dia siguiente me pidieron otra cosa para verificar mi cuenta. Un documento que acredite el origen de mis fondos de los ultimos 3 meses. Yo estoy desempleado, lo unico que tengo es un ingreso recibido de otra casa de apuestas (marathonbet), pero no hay forma de hacerles entender q solo tengo ese ingreso. Me da la sensacion q todo son excusas para no pagarme. Tengo 1.1k euros dentro. Pueden ayudarme, por favor? despues de un mes mandando correos casi a diario ya no se q hacer.file

Retire 400 hace un mes despues de pelear una semana para q me aceptaran un selfie..Luego durante 2 semanas pelee para q me aceptaran la prueba de deposito (deposite por bitcoin y me pedian incluso q apareciera mi nombre en el deposito...). Despues de eso mi cuenta aparecia verificada. Pero despues de 2 semanas de esperar el retiro me pidieron prueba de fondos, q como he dicho anteriormente no hay forma de que acepten lo unico q tengo. No trabajo y el unico fondo recibido es de marathonbet.
